“My Home Facade, My Story!” The style of this house facade can be said to be still basic minimalist, following the developer's default design. However, I chose to add some industrial elements to match the minimalist industrial house theme that I dream of. The materials used are also simple: ✨Galvalum roof with iron structure, giving a strong and durable industrial impression. ✨Black iron fence for security, but still blends with the style of the house. ✨A small green area in front of the house for a natural touch, making the facade feel more alive. Although simple, I feel this house has great potential to be developed further in the future! the placement of stairs in the house is quite influential on whether the house looks narrow or not. in my opinion the position of the stairs should not be in the middle of the room, especially if using stairs made of cast iron that looks quite thick and sturdy. the room feels narrow, it is better to place the stairs on the edge and utilize the area below #industrialhouse #tanggabeton #railingbesi #renovtanpaarsitek #minimalisindustrial #inspirasitanggarumah
