a little space that functions as a mini mudroom is a connection to the side door to the garage. we chose to buy a finished product at the ik*a store so that it is easy to move or shift if you get bored. coincidentally the design is quite minimalist and the color is black, so it is quite neutral for all home themes.

✨ This multipurpose area on the terrace not only looks neat, but is also super functional! ✨
- I specially designed the lower cabinet to store gallons, so it's neater and not scattered. Plus soft foam on top that functions as a seat, very practical for putting on or taking off shoes.
- The left cabinet is used to store household appliances, so as not to interfere with the interior space but still easy to access.
- The upper shoe rack helps store shoe collections so that they remain neat, clean, and organized.
I created this concept so that it is multifunctional, comfortable, and still pleasing to the eye. This terrace is a favorite place to get ready before leaving the house. Hopefully it can be an inspiration for friends! 🌟

Let's see another corner of our Home Office, here is an empty wall that we turned into a Mudroom Wall. This is our DIY work. So, we filled the empty spot on the wall to make it aesthetic and can also be used as a jacket/hat hanger ✨️.

Wall Batten 6mm, 10 x 122cm; 8,500 x 6 = 51,000

🌸 Simply White Aesthetic 🌸
Finally the facade and terrace area of my house changed color ✨
I wanted to change it to a cute color, but I was afraid of getting bored easily, so I finally decided to paint everything white.
The walls, ceiling, door, small terrace, and fence are all white.
I chose white to make it simpler and cleaner, although it will be a bit extra to maintain it later 😅
Repainting this front area has indeed been budgeted for maintenance every 3 years, because if you dare to have a house, you must dare to have a special fund for its maintenance 💸
Then I also made a mudroom in front of the door so that shoes and jackets are neat and don't need to be brought inside, because they are dirty. I used a simple shoe rack made of wood with a light wood color, then I added hooks to hang jackets and helmets so they don't get messy.
Now I also match the color of the cleaning furniture, so that when hung like this it looks neat and harmonious.
The budget for the maintenance area is not too much, only around 1.5 million including the cost of the craftsman.
It is possible to make your house beautiful again with a minimal budget, as long as you are willing to put in more effort to find the most affordable price for its maintenance needs ✨

Vases, baking soda and acrylic paints are all you need to transform your old vases into high end terracotta vases! I first painted a base coat, mix darker color with baking soda to give some texture, and dap it with wet/moist kitchen towel. That is it! 😘 Total cost? All for less than $10 🤭

I designed this area with a minimalist concept but still aesthetic. The combination of vertical wood panels and large round mirrors makes this corner look more attractive without looking excessive.
