With this limited land, my dream is just to have an open space house with a living room adjacent to the garden. The plan to own a house was quite sudden. Because boarding costs are increasing, I'm thinking about looking for a house. The process took quite a long time because I didn't want the house model to be just like that and the facade to look boring. Finally, after several visits, I fell in love with this house because the architect was one of the architects whose work I admire. However, it still needs renovation to suit the needs of the room. Approximately 8 months of renovation until finally starting to fill in, live in this house and make it my actual home. Decorate with collectible and favorite objects. Minimalist House Story ✨ This house is in a cluster housing area in Depok. As time went by, we decided to renovate the facade of our house with permission from the developer. We renovated the facade area to suit current needs, because our house only has 1 floor, we finally decided to widen the terrace area of the house and replace the carport floor and the position of the canopy. Apart from renovating the facade area, we maintained the living room area by repainting and adding wall molding. House Number Storyline • - The first reason for wanting to build this house was that it started with a strategic plot location and easy access to the city. The location is in the middle of the city but the atmosphere is still rice fields because there are many plots of land that have not been built. - From the start of construction, a white minimalist concept with a cube shape was prepared. Because there are no box-shaped buildings around the house, we want something different from our neighbors. - Little by little we decorate the room with the help of interior references on social media and apply them - The definition of an ideal home for us is a place to meet all the comforts in our activities. We have occupied this house for 8 months. We decided to look for a house in Solo because my previous job was handling a team & the Solo city area & its surroundings, while my husband also has a business in Solo. So we looked for a trusted housing developer in this city & chose a cluster according to the budget with a KPR system. With consideration of security, facilities, and a Compact & Minimalist building design that is considered easier to decorate and does not require major renovations so that it is suitable for us millennial couples. Specific considerations for choosing this type of house besides the minimalist layout are because it has 2 floors & a back garden which, although not large, is the most suitable for our needs compared to other types of houses in this cluster. It's just that the building area & land are adjusted to the budget of course 😊 Because we haven't lived in it for a year, there haven't been many changes apart from the decoration and additional materials such as sliding doors, roasters as garden dividers, kitchen sets & interior wardrobes. The future plan is to change the children's room to be bigger because it feels too small. Apart from that, so far we still feel satisfied with the existing renovation & decoration, while saving we can upgrade the room slowly. By prioritizing urgent needs first. Our main reason for designing this house is, we want an ideal house for us, namely a house that is simple and comfortable. From the initial intention of a mortgage until, thank God, the construction from the old developer was able to save me money again, and I could make payments without a mortgage. Daśa Cavana is a house purchased from a developer in a buy-build condition. But it's extraordinary to wait a year for construction. But what I like about the place where I bought the house is that this house can change its plan and facade as long as it uses a triangular facade. My Home Story — This is our house which has a "connecting door" to our parents' house — Our house is an individual developer's house, a building of 4 houses in a row built exactly the same — Coincidentally, of the 4 houses, there was 1 house that was right behind our parents' house. House With Backyard Where to Gather. Indeed, from the beginning of construction, this was the main concept of our house. Built on an area of 500m2, but only part of it is used for buildings (200m2). Others are used as open areas for family gatherings in the backyard. The backyard is a favorite outdoor area for families and relatives who come for events at home, such as coffee and barbeques. There is a large terrace for a semi-outdoor relaxing area. There is also a laundry area for drying clothes. The gazebo is usually used for my husband's wood hobby activities. Access to the gazebo and backyard is directly from the terrace of the house without needing to enter the house. Mini house tour story,, Since we first got married in 2014, this house has been renovated several times. From the beginning, we changed the cak to pink, then to green, until finally in 2021, still during the pandemic, we decided to completely renovate our house... Not without reason or following a trend, but initially because of the never-ending water problem, we had to drill a well and also had a really serious damp wall problem... After going back and forth, we finally decided to use the services of a contractor and architect so that someone could give us directions for making a comfortable house (our version). Thank God, after 6 months the building was finished, in early 2022 we started moving in and little by little we started paying off the interior in installments, which feels like there is no end in sight hehe...
