Minimalist facade and fence

The garage at Kaffah House is deliberately made spacious to facilitate vehicle entry and exit. In accordance with the initial goal of building a kids-friendly house, the floor is deliberately made of wood-patterned granite to provide comfort when stepped on by children while playing in the garage. In addition, it is also useful in the future to be used for additional areas if needed when there is a large family event that invites many people. It only needs to be given a carpet and it is comfortable to sit on. Well, in this garage there is also a partition grid that separates the garage and garden areas, not only adding to the aesthetics but also being a veil from the view of pedestrians outside the fence.

Hi Ohouse neighbors! This is the style of my house fence which has been the same since 4 years of being occupied hehe because the facade is still under renovation and this is the condition of my subsidized house
For the fence itself, it is made of hollow iron with a distance of 10cm and uses iron plates, but then I closed it using plastic fiber to cover the fence because I have a lot of pets and they like to escape through the gaps in the door, so temporarily this fiber is used, besides that, activities on the terrace of the house are not visible from the outside, it's quite an advantage in maintaining privacy 😇
For the wall, I actually wanted to install a roaster, but because the living room area looks dark, so temporarily I used expanded iron first so that lots of light and air can enter
The facade and style of this fence still carry a minimalist theme 🙂

Renovating the front of this house with a tight budget, for the fence I chose to use grc woodplank, besides saving the budget compared to using full iron, this grc woodplank also looks aesthetic.
The front wall is also not given a roster, but uses a gap motif.
The terrace itself is made of cast benches and tubs for plants.

🌸 Simply White Aesthetic 🌸
Finally the facade and terrace area of my house changed color ✨
I wanted to change it to a cute color, but I was afraid of getting bored easily, so I finally decided to paint everything white.
The walls, ceiling, door, small terrace, and fence are all white.
I chose white to make it simpler and cleaner, although it will be a bit extra to maintain it later 😅
Repainting this front area has indeed been budgeted for maintenance every 3 years, because if you dare to have a house, you must dare to have a special fund for its maintenance 💸
Then I also made a mudroom in front of the door so that shoes and jackets are neat and don't need to be brought inside, because they are dirty. I used a simple shoe rack made of wood with a light wood color, then I added hooks to hang jackets and helmets so they don't get messy.
Now I also match the color of the cleaning furniture, so that when hung like this it looks neat and harmonious.
The budget for the maintenance area is not too much, only around 1.5 million including the cost of the craftsman.
It is possible to make your house beautiful again with a minimal budget, as long as you are willing to put in more effort to find the most affordable price for its maintenance needs ✨

The facade of my house is 12 meters wide, these are 2 houses combined into 1 which are located in a mountainous area that is not flat so that the inside area looks like 2 floors even though it is only 1 floor and when viewed from the outside you can see the difference in the distance between one house and another in height.
For this facade area, I renovated the front garden into 2 parts, a terrace & carport with a full canopy to the front.
