don't regret when we renovated we decided to use ROSTER in some parts of this house. initially just trying to reduce the renovation budget that continued to swell, until finally deciding to make the upper floor balcony fence from roster, instead of custom to an iron fence workshop 🤭😁
after it was installed, it turned out that the appearance of the house still looked beautiful and aesthetic, finally we used it again in some parts. more details can be seen on the next slide... 🤗

A house without a fence has the advantage of being more flexible to enter and exit, whether it's a bicycle, motorbike or car, it's not blocked by opening and closing the fence, for the parking area, if there's no fence, you can still walk a little bit, but the minimum is that there's no privacy, it feels like you're naked & fortunately I don't have small children so I'm not too worried about the children playing outside, but for the upper balcony area, it was decided to use a fence, because it's a bit scary if there's no fence, I'm afraid it'll go too far, it's really dangerous, right?

* palm trees, tough and not fussy, aesthetically pleasing for home decoration
* installing a canopy on the balcony terrace is one of the right decisions besides it doesn't splash when it rains & the facade looks different from other houses
* using a variety of wpc on the canopy is also the best idea, although there are still few who use it
* wooden ornaments on the facade walls, the more it becomes a trend, the exterior walls of the facade have variations, not just plain ones
* stocking warm light lamps is necessary, so if at any time one breaks, just replace it
