The wall section has rosters so that it is not plain, also round geometric shapes for house numbers from cutting iron plates. The kitchen table top uses HPL on the island section to make it more affordable than marble or other materials. The stairs use SPC wood motifs for a warm impression and are lower in cost than solid wood. The foyer divider also still uses the same HPL finishing as the kitchen.
