Choosing a glass door has many pluses and minuses
The plus is that it gives the impression of light and the wind is flowing

π Open Space? Yeay or Nay? π
Every aspect of our lives definitely has its pluses and minuses, including when choosing a home concept.
By considering all sides, I chose the open space home concept, and this time I want to spill what are the pluses and minuses of a house with this concept that I have felt β¨
Plus points:
+ Feels more spacious.
+ Looks wider.
+ Can use the next room if there are many guests.
+ Smoother communication with people in other rooms.
+ Children have more freedom to play.
+ Save budget for building walls or partitions.
Minuses:
- Minimal privacy.
- One messy room can affect the view in other rooms.
- Must be diligently tidied up so that guests cannot see.
- Can't just choose items so that the concept doesn't clash.
With the minus points above, do I regret choosing this concept? Of course not~
I think there are many plus points to be gained from this concept, especially since my original house is not that big.

Home is where the heart is π€
The room is our favorite place at home. Besides resting, the room is the most comfortable place to calm down.
This is the view from inside the main room. We deliberately used a sliding glass door that directly faces the dry garden area. Green plants, light from the skylight and raindrops are the views that we also enjoy from inside the room.
No need to go far, it turns out that healing in the room is more enjoyable. It feels like a staycation at a villa, very comfortable π«Άπ»β¨

To create a spacious impression, I chose the mezzanine concept in my house. Well, after almost 6 years of living in this house, I can mention some of the pluses and minuses of a house with this concept for consideration by friends who are building a house.
Plus Points:
+ Feels more spacious
+ Brighter
+ Better air circulation
+ Looks more luxurious
+ Can throw and catch things without having to go up or down π (this saves a lot of time and energy)
Minuses:
- Difficult to replace the top light
- Difficult to clean the top window
- Difficult to renovate the top ceiling
But even though there are some minuses, I don't regret the concept of this mezzanine house, because I think there are more plus points that I have felt for almost 6 years β¨
