A House Without Room Partitions ๐๏ธ๐ฝ๏ธ
A small house is not an obstacle for me to continue to channel my hobby of arranging space and decorating the house. Without being blocked by partitions, the living room wall is directly connected to the kitchen. It remains functional because access for watching while cooking feels close. Moreover, cleaning the house is simpler.
But for us who live there, this room does not feel cramped because I divide the space according to its portion, do not force furniture or items that are too large such as a sofa that is only 2 seaters, a round side table, utilizing the refrigerator under the stairs, and there is a mirror as a transition area so that the distance between the living room & kitchen dining still feels spacious. So, is an Open space house your choice for arranging a more comfortable space to live in?

Transition of a Small Living Room.
The area is 3 meters x 2 meters. Since 2015 we moved into this house, the living room area has never been renovated. The window and door frames are still classic. The floor material is standard 30x30 marble ceramic. The wall paint color has always been natural white.
Until 2024, there have been several changes in the layout and the addition of modern minimalist furniture. Cute and unique furniture alternates in this small living room.

Entry Way
This Living Room has its own characteristics because there is Walldecor in the form of a giant Mecca Medina poster (60 x 100 cm) and is located in the entry way area opposite the sofa.
Because most of the furniture in this room was purchased at a furniture shop and not through a market place, so not many houses use it. So it could be said that this living room is different from most living rooms and has its own identity/characteristic for followers who see it.

Favorite Spot At Home is here... Home Prayer Room ๐
To realize this 2.5 meter x 1.8 meter area which used to be just a small bedroom (used to be a warehouse) and renovated into a comfortable Home Prayer Room is my dream.
In this Prayer Room I feel like I have me time spiritually and physically. Quiet, solemn in worship, relaxed in reading and calm for contemplation. And this is where I am not too disturbed by the little ones and routine activities at home because I am really looking for time free from all the hustle and bustle. Can feel relaxed and calm.
