✨ Split Level Facade with Mini Garden
Hi everyone, welcome to our house facade. Actually, our facade uses a design from the developer, but what makes it different from other houses is that we changed the terrace area into a small garden.
To add privacy in the front area of the house, we also added a Roster wall. In addition, because the house area is higher than the garage, we use a leveling system on the facade with stair access from two parts, stairs from the side of the garage & stairs from the front of the house.
Hopefully our facade can be an inspiration for minimalist homes.

Even though it is a standard developer facade, that is what made us fall in love with this house 😍 because from the outside it looks like a minimalist and modern house.
We chose a minimalist design because we think minimalism is synonymous with timeless and clean. To balance the neutral color of the facade, we combined several materials so that our house has a strong character:

⬛ Perforated black iron fence combined with wood planks adds a simple and masculine impression but still natural

FACADE
Hello Friend, how are you?
This is a house still under renovation. It was originally a cluster house renovated by the first owner, who then purchased and renovated it again.
I'm interested in buying this house because, in addition to its good location in the city with easy access to several public facilities, the house's corner location makes it healthy, with good air circulation and more space.
My dream is to make this house aesthetically pleasing with a modern contemporary European style. I'm repainting the house, replacing the fence with a roster and kamprot wall, and replacing all the doors with simpler ones without ventilation.
I'll also replace the windows with arch-style ones, remodel the roof, and replace the floor tiles.
The renovation process is still 60% complete and quite lengthy.

House Fence ✨
Tbh, because #BruwnHouse is a cluster house, it doesn't have a house fence. To get around it so that there is more privacy from the neighbors, we installed a concrete roster with a height of approximately 80cm. So, it is not directly exposed to the neighbors but it is not too closed either ✨

This House Never Turns on the Lights During the Day
From the start, this house was designed to be naturally bright. The result? From morning to evening, all rooms are well-lit without the need for lights. The decoration is also adjusted to be simple, clean, and comfortable to live in. Let's take a peek at some of the corners:
1. The front of this house looks simple but still has character. Decorative conwood elements on the carport ceiling and on the facade walls are combined with natural stone walls, making the facade look warmer and more natural. The design is simple but still stands out, with bold lines and geometric elements that make the character of the house stronger.
2. The living room that is integrated with the dining and kitchen areas is the liveliest spot. The combination of wood colors, hanging lamps, and touches of plants create a homey atmosphere without much decoration.
3. The corridor on the upper floor is not only a path to the bedroom, but also a bright area that makes the house feel spacious and neat. The conwood ceiling and matching floor maintain a warm impression.
4. This bathroom looks simple but has character. The roster wall is not only an aesthetic element, but also helps the circulation of light and air to keep the wet room bright and not stuffy.
5. Master bedroom with a touch of nature through leaf motif wall murals and hanging rattan lamps. Large windows let morning light in directly, making it a quiet spot to start the day.

Our Favorite Spot at home ✨
Although on limited land, we are grateful to still have a green and open spot like this.
The air circulation is better and flooded with sunlight in the morning.
We often spend time together in the backyard area which is only 2 x 2.4 meters in size.
Just relaxing while playing together or even the children often play when it rains.

✨ No fence, Roster is also used
Our housing complex does not allow the use of fences in front of the house.
But as an introvert team, we finally got around it by using a roster on the side of the dry garden.
The plus is that the door is not directly visible from the front of the house and we have a more private dry garden area.
