The remaining land in the backyard of this house was one of the factors that made us decide to buy this house. The remaining land is about 5.5m x 3.5m. Initially, the developer planted this remaining land with mini elephant grass, and we added some ornamental plants such as beautiful Caribbean banana trees when the flowers hang down, some monstera, horsetail grass, etc. However, over time and when the rainy season came, we were quite overwhelmed to do the maintenance. So we decided to make this backyard into a dry garden.
