The bathroom in #RumahAngsoka combines exposed walls with white patterned ceramics. On the bathroom roof we use a concrete roof with a skylight in the middle, so that divine light and air circulation can come in and out well.
The appearance of our bathroom uses a white PVC door with a terrazzo sink as a sweetener and complement to our outdoor bathroom area.

The inline kitchen in #RumahAngsoka has a limited area with a TOP Table size of 2m, for the stove and sink. With an iland table measuring 1.5m x 80 x 75.
Because of the limited budget, we have not installed a kitchen set rack. So to utilize the kitchen we use a trolley/basket rack that can be adjusted.
The storage space we use is also functional and according to needs, so that it doesn't look like there are many items and it's narrow. Like the tupperware container with a red lid that we use to store goods and food stocks to make it look neat.

The simple facade at #RumahAngsoka still has the appearance of glass, steel and exposed cement materials. There are palm trees, pine trees, and lee kwan yew trees that beautify the front of the house. To add a more unique impression, we add 30x30 granite with Nusantara/Batik motifs.

The choice of materials in #RumahAngsoka to keep it looking elegant and affordable for our floors, we use ceramics that have a wood grain motif. Why choose a wood grain motif so that there is an element of wood color that looks warm.
Then, the material on the walls we use exposed cement only for a simple but elegant look combined with the sharp black color of the steel on the frame of the house.
In the kitchen, we use film stickers for the interior walls, with a gray cement-like fiber motif (when exposed to light, it changes color a bit) which adds a simple, elegant impression and the price remains affordable.

The children's room in #RumahAngsoka is 2.75 x 3 m very tiny. There is an interesting story, why the color of the bed set is pink, even though the child is a boy hahah so this bed set is my old one when I was a teenager 🤭 yeah around 15 years ago I think. Still sturdy and very durable.
Thank God it can still fit in the room, and is very functional with shelves and storage drawers. The wall paint in the children's room, we don't use paint, only natural from exposed cement. And for the cable arrangement to be safe, we use black cable pipes with an industrial feel.
The next project is we want to repaint the color of the furniture in our children's room. There aren't many items yet, because the children still sleep close to us.

FYI, the Christmas tree I use is a real pine tree, I use fragrant pine. I like this tree because it gives off a real fragrant aroma and is suitable for a Christmas tree/decoration.

Our first simple and modest house. Previously it was a 4-room boarding house owned by my in-laws.
Which was then given to us to build ourselves. Before having #RumahAngsoka we spent almost 6 months looking for a residential area to look for a mortgage too, but none of them clicked and were suitable.
It turned out that our soulmate was here ♥︎ all processes went smoothly.
The house that we built from scratch and of course adjusted to our budget. The concept of #RumahTumbuh and #OpenSpace became one of our choices, because over time we will slowly complete it. The main thing that we realized was to think about the rooms we needed first. Such as the family area, kitchen, multipurpose room, master bedroom, children's room, bathroom and also the outdoor area. We calculated the appropriate size of the area so that it fit.
Our own building design plan without an architect and assisted by our relative who is a contractor.
