One of the advantages of having a skylight: 1. Save electricity (electricity is on from 18.00-05.30) 2. Almost 85% of houses are rarely very humid, because full sun comes in 3. The house becomes bright 4. Lots of beautiful streaks of light from morning to afternoon But skylights really need to be maintained, so that there are no seepages/leaks from between the joints.
