Classic Facade by Teguh Architect Hello good evening all friends🫶🏻 I want to tell you a little about my home renovation journey during the pandemic (2021). Previously my house consisted of 1 floor with a minimalist facade theme which had been completely renovated in 2016 and had never been put in place. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, my family and I have mostly stayed at home, where I think a house with 1 floor is not enough for me and my family. The time has come when my first child can request his own room😁 Finally, my husband and I decided to renovate the house from one floor to 3 floors with the help and services of a professional architect by Teguh Architects. I chose to use the services of a professional architect to realize my dream design and maximize the land and space in the house. Thank God, the facade of my house is in accordance with my wishes and the shape is 99% similar to Mas Teguh's design. Carport inspiration at Shelica's house Happy Friday all friends I'm sharing the inspiration for the carport in Shelica's house... From the start of building this house, I personally was eyeing the type of terrazzo floor for the carport at home. The white terrazzo color of the carport floor makes the house look more spacious and modern. My carport floor is a combination of black lines filled with white coral stone finished with special natural stone paint. TV Cabinet in Main Room Hello everyone, I want to share part of the main bedroom in this house. This buffet table in the room functions to store details so that the room always looks neat. The material for this table cupboard is made of teak wood which I custom made at the Jepara vendor. My Home Sweet Home Initially, this house was renovated with a minimalist concept. I chose to live in this house because it is a cluster environment with double gate security. I have bought this house since 2010 but am not living in it. Then, since having my first child in 2016, I renovated this house to make it more comfortable for my children and family to visit. I haven't finished renovating this house yet. I only come out once a month to visit this house. However, since the 2020 pandemic, my family and I have tried to occupy this house. And during the pandemic and WFH in 2021 I made up my mind to renovate the house from 1 floor to 3 floors and change the facade from minimalist to modern classic. For me, the ideal house is a house with an open space or open plan concept where there are not many partitions in the room and the room looks bigger, more comfortable and more family-friendly. My Favorite Room is My Bedroom The room I like the most in Shelica's house is my bedroom😁 Why do I really like this room because I think this room is the most comfortable room for me to unwind after a day of work or activities outside the house. I usually spend time in my bedroom at night after doing activities all day. I fill my bedroom little by little. To get comfort in this room, I filled the furniture in it slowly. What I like most in this room is the classic style ceiling fan, full curtains from ceiling to floor, and molding on the walls. Custom Teak Rattan Cots Happy weekend all friends.. I want to share the custom furniture that is in my child's room. So, because the area in my child's room is small, I decided to use custom furniture so that the size fits the room. I customized a children's wardrobe and a bed. Both custom furniture have natural colored wood grain combined with rattan. By making custom furniture, we can match the theme and color of the furniture to each other🤍 I custom-made the wardrobe at @kayu.homeinterior which is made from multiplex material coated with HPL. Meanwhile, for the custom cot I ordered from Tokopedia, it is made from Kyu teak material and a combination of rattan with a special size, namely 140x200.
