Our mini & comfortable living room. The size is not large, but sufficient. Decorating/arranging a living room that is not too big, in my opinion, is quite tricky, because you have to be smart in choosing the furniture and decorative prints that will be displayed. I want to create a mood / ambience in the living room that is as comfortable and warm as possible. That's why we added warm color spotlights white reflected on the wall to give a serene impression. Apart from that, for this living room we chose simple and minimalist furniture so that it doesn't seem cramped or the room becomes full, including a sofa with a 2 seater minimalist design, a TV table, teak wood cabinet shelves mixed with rattan and added a carpet to make it more homey. To get furniture / decor items, of course we often browse various e-commerce sites or visit home decor stores such as Ikea, Informa, Dekoruma. Adding spotlights at every point near the wall gives a luxurious, bright and spacious impression. The lights in the house which initially only used a downlight in the middle were felt to have less of a lively effect and seemed monotone. Finally I added spotlights and the results were as beautiful as this ✨✨✨ My suggestion is that if your house has a floor to ceiling distance that is not too high (3 meters or below), use spotlights that are positioned into the ceiling, meaning they don't stand out. The theme of our house facade is modern minimalist, monochrome black, white and gray. The chosen shape is a box and curved accents at the bottom of the guest room so that it is not too stiff. The reason we live in this house is because we are tired of renting a house and having to move from place to place, so we decided to renovate this house. The location is in a cluster where there is a one gate system so security is maintained. What we changed and added to our house was adding a kitchen area and slightly expanding the bathroom area. We also make minimalist room dividers to separate the living room from the kitchen area. Apart from that, we also chose a small wall like a partition (slide 2) so that we could put spotlight lights to decorate the room when it was turned on at night. The definition of an ideal home for us is that we want to create a comfortable home that we can always long to come home to when we travel.
