Hi from Daśa Cavana!
Welcome to the type 36 house facade. This house has a front width of 7 meters and a rear length of 11.5 meters. Daśa Cavana is located in a residential area so it has the same Scandinavian shape in every house. Luckily the developer has provisions for changing materials, colors and small details! Happy me!
I chose this Scandinavian Industrial style because even though it only has 1 floor, it looks like it has a mezzanine because it is 5.5 meters high. This house has high ceilings to make it feel cooler, because the incoming hot air will be trapped far above the occupants.
I chose gray and a touch of brick to get an industrial atmosphere. The colors I choose tend to be dark, so that mold and mildew stains will be hidden and require minimal maintenance. This is what made me decide to design a house in Scandinavian Industrial style!

• RFL House •
This time I want to show several rooms in my house, so that I can give you a little idea about RFL House as a whole.
Our main reason for designing this house is, we want an ideal house for us, namely a house that is simple and comfortable. The definition of a comfortable house for us is a cool house with good air circulation & quality, so you can see there are lots of openings in this RFL House.
After living in this house too, we changed one of the rooms in our house, which was previously our second child's room, but now we function it as a hobby room & home office.
Here I will also share some of the items that I use to decorate my house to make it feel comfortable. Hopefully it's useful 🙏🏻😁

Carrying the name scandivis.house, which means Scandinavian house with a slight industrial touch. The design is inspired by Scandinavian-style houses with wooden elements and earthtone colors to give a natural impression, combined with aluminum frames and black fences to make it look more masculine, like an industrial theme.

This guest room is often used as a work space, because its function is still changing, we decided to fill it with multifunctional furniture (a cot that can be pulled out to a size of 160cm and a work desk that can be used as a dressing table).
The color tone in this room is dominated by white to make it more neutral because its function still changes according to needs, in contrast to other rooms which use natural wood colors.

The initial concept of this house was Scandinavian because the ceiling was quite high, almost 4 meters. There are also several windows that are high enough to maximize the entry of more sunlight and better air circulation.

My favorite room after the bedroom is the family room. Because here you can relax while watching TV with a gentle breeze.
The 3 items that are really important in this room are the 3 seater sofa, round table and TV table because they are really used in this room.
Spending time almost every day after cleaning up the house, relieves fatigue and makes you relax.
I love this room so much because I decorated it by myself🤎

• NIGHT VIBES •
This is the night vibes in the home office room at RFL House. I created the warm and comfortable atmosphere that I wanted to create in this room by using lots of table lamps with warm white lights. In this room which is dominated by white furniture, I also deliberately provided an orange table lamp, one of its functions being the point of view of this room. The color tone in this house is a combination of white with natural wood furniture. All the walls of the house are white while all the furniture is natural wood to strengthen the Scandinavian style.
Meanwhile, decorative items such as cushion covers, throws, rugs, table runners, bed sheets and other linen materials change color themes so they are not monotonous.
White and wood colors tend to be neutral so they are suitable for mixing and matching with accessories of various colors.✨

Night vibes at our living room

Because the papyrus plants grow very quickly and are getting thicker, we finally decided to dismantle and replant some of the young and unbloomed stems, so this is how the facade looks now✨🫶🏼 it turns out that the final appearance has changed quite significantly due to the landscaping, so don't hesitate to allocate space to make a garden at home🍃

My best purchases for this month are:
1. Table Lamp: Because the console table is located in the hallway area, which is across the stairs and near the exit. So, we need 1 lighting at night that can illuminate the entire room on the 1st floor. Isn't it pretty yet functional?
2. Art Painting: To complete the overall look of this console table, it doesn't feel complete without a touch of art painting. This looks gives me the autumn vibes🤎
3. Round Dining Table: We need a dining table that is not too formal. We want to give a breakfast nook vibe. The round dining table feels intimate and comfortable for us.
4. Artificial Tree: To create a natural greenery feeling in the room, this artificial tree completes the looks we want to create. Shh🤫.. the price is very pocket-friendly. We 💚 it
