This living room with dimensions of 3.5m x 4.5m is not big but it is not small either
However, there is quite a lot of freedom if you want to make over the living room, even if you just change the position of the sofa or console table, exchange decorative items in another room, for example table vases or carpets and you can also change the sofa cushion covers.
There is also a partition that separates the living room and dining room
This partition, made from 9mm multiplex material, measuring 3m high and 80cm wide with a custom model, can be enough to sweeten the room as well as cover a dining room where the table is often cluttered with glasses and food ☺️
In the stairwell area, 3D exposed brick wallpaper was deliberately installed which gives a classic and homey impression to the room while still carrying the white theme which is dominant in this room, right 👌🏻

One of my favorite corners, the kitchen! Yess, it's really true... I really like cooking, gang. Thank God, my husband really supports me in making an aesthetic kitchen so that his wife is enthusiastic about cooking hihihi
One way to make this kitchen aesthetic is with the help of interior design. We customized this kitchen with HPL material and also solid surface for the table top.
Equipped with a black sink which is quite tricky to maintain and also an electric stove. Why electricity? Because my husband doesn't want to bother with installing and removing the gas cylinder.

The corner that is currently the most favorite in the house. After adding lights in the corners, the vibes become warmer. We rarely turn on the lights in this area. Finally, we added a cordless lamp in the corner, because there was no built-in plug from the developer.

As I promised yesterday, we will thoroughly examine Casadelusan's kitchen...
So, we made this kitchen set custom using HPL mix solid surface material for the table top. The HPL code we choose is Golden Cherry TH 202 B.
At first I was really surprised when it was finished and installed, the color was really bright, but it turned out to be suitable when I had the items. The color gradation between the floor, dining table & kitchen set is beautiful! Hihihihi
As for the cupboard details, it's standard... there's a plate rack, cooking utensil hanging rack & empty drawers.
Jujuuuurrr, this is my favorite spot hihihi

From the start of building the house, Mr. Husband really wanted to use a bathtub in the master bathroom (maybe because when I was a girl I used a bathtub, haha) but I said, 'Duh, our space isn't big, wouldn't it be cramped if there was a bathtub? It's better to just have a shower,' but it's called a wish, you'll have to look for it until you get it, hahaha, finally Mr. Husband found a vendor who can customize the size of the bathtub, WOWWWW EMEJING IS A MAN, GWWW:)))
Finally, the bathtub was installed, which turned out to be all installed jacuzzi style😂😂 I really feel like I'm going to be like that when I'm in the shower and then the whirlpool is turned on😂😂
Oh yes, the choice of this master bathroom granite was definitely made by me, you can see from the feminine color hihihi I really like the color, motif & texture🫶🏻
Well, there's another thing called a towel dryer. Whose idea was it? Of course, Mr. Husband 😂 he said 'I don't like it, the towel still doesn't look like it's dry yet when I want to take a shower in the afternoon, it's left over from the shower this morning' I said 'yes, just dry it on the clothesline, you can do that' 'duhhh it's a hassle then when you go into the bathroom it's already coming off and you'll forget to take the towel I'm really lazy, BAIIIIKKK….. then I bought a towel dryer, which apparently I rarely use until now because the weather is so hot, the towel doesn't need to be dried, it dries itself😂😂

The original plan of this house actually did not have a clean kitchen. Then we added our own clean kitchen here. Because it faces the living room, we made a display shelf on the right side. We got this inspiration from combining several images from Pinterest.
For the dish rack above the sink, we also got inspiration from Instagram, so that the remaining washing water drips directly into the sink.

Having 91 m2 of land turns out to be enough to rack your brain on how to meet your space needs
One of them is by making a two-story house
This limited land also forced the living room to be placed on the top floor
The size of the living room is 3m x 3.5m, which is comfortable enough to be able to gather together to watch your favorite shows on TV
There are deliberately no large pieces of furniture in this area
Only a 2 seater sofa can be placed here
One recliner in addition
One table is functional for storing pillows and also a place for snacks and drinks
One short, medium-sized sideboard is for the TV and books because next to the living room is the reading area which doesn't have a bookcase so the books are placed on the TV sideboard.
Just a small carpet, apart from being easier to clean, also means the room doesn't look full
The wall decoration is as simple as possible, just a wall clock and a decorative shelf
And almost all the colors of the furniture in this living room are natural colors
This aims to make a small room look spacious
So it can be concluded that several factors to get around limited space are:
- Selection of large/medium/small furniture sizes
- Selection of furniture colors and decoration product colors
- As much as possible, choose furniture with dual functions to reduce the amount of furniture needed
- Choose as simple a wall decoration as possible that matches the chosen decoration style
