Hello online neighbors, Casa de Likan is built on 266m2 of land, but because it is located in the North Bandung area which requires construction to be no more than 50% of the land area because this area is a water absorption area, so we must be able to make the best use of the land that can be built. After consulting with the contractor and architect, we decided on the theme and will make a spacious room on the first floor, where there will only be 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (so that parents who stay overnight do not need to go to the 2nd floor), then there is a kitchen, dining room and living room which are made without partitions, besides that on the right side of the house, we do not use walls as a boundary for the house, but we use glass with aluminum lists, so that it looks more spacious, besides that it can be a place where air flows, so when we are in the house our family never feels hot, the air remains cool because of good circulation. #Limited Space #NeverTooSmall #AirCirculation #DiningRoom #kitchentropical #moroccanmediterranean #moroccan #mediterranean #homedecoinspo #rumahmoroccanmediterranean #mediterraneanhome

@meehomey's house has a fairly large area. However, there is one element of the house that must and must not be removed from a 2-story house. This is the Void. The void area is one of the most important areas in @meehomey's house to regulate air circulation to keep it fresh. @meehomey's house is not in a corner position so that if you don't use a void, the light source and air circulation only come from the front of the house. The presence of a void that penetrates to the 1st floor causes the back area on the 1st floor to still get direct sunlight and air circulation is maintained. The void in @meehomey's house is designed using the kamprot technique on one side of the wall, and also uses white natural stone as a base.
