➖ NOT an Open Space House 🔍 This Tiny House is still the developer's default shape and model, we haven't renovated it yet. What makes this house not open space is the kitchen area which has been closed by a partition/wall from the start. But there are Pros and Cons too, ➕ Pros: • The smell of smoke from the kitchen does not go directly to other rooms. • If the kitchen is messy, it is not directly visible to guests/from the entrance. ➖ Cons: • The abundant sunlight from the back of the house (kitchen) does not enter other rooms. • Makes other rooms narrower because of the wall partition (not Open Space) So we outsmarted it by changing the wall color to white on the walls of the entire house when we first moved in. Also placing compact, small and minimalist furniture so that other rooms still have space left.
