The facade of the house is like a cover of a residence, from outside the house you can see the vibes of the house, therefore we apply a Minimalist theme

🌱 Greenery, we choose the variegated ketapang kencana tree because the color of the leaves is beautiful, sometimes pink or white, besides that, it looks shady for the terrace of the house
🪟 Large opening windows, so that the sun enters directly and creates aesthetic shadows from the ketapang tree to make the mood of the house even more beautiful
🤍 Our house fence is made of perforated iron material so that it looks faint when viewed from the outside, besides its simple shape, it makes the minimalist impression even thicker with white paint

My house facade is in a Modern Minimalist style. I chose this style because it matches the minimalist theme of my house, although the facade of my house looks simple but I use a combination of materials and paints that make the vibes still alive and elegant✨

✨Facade without fence
Our facade is still the original developer's. Because it is not allowed to build a fence in front of the house, we finally built a roster wall in the front garden to provide a little privacy.

This is the facade of our tiny house, which is quite thick with tropical touches, here we use a solarflat canopy so that sunlight can still enter the carport area which is needed by the plants in this area,
The combination of paint that we use for this facade area is a combination of brownish cream and green to make it look warmer and match the carport floor made of andesite stone so that it displays a more natural feel. Hopefully it inspires 🌿🖤

The facade of this house is the definition of charming simplicity. With a neutral monochrome color combination and a natural wooden door as the center of attention, the look remains warm and modern.
We chose a design that is not only pleasing to the eye, but also practical to maintain. Minimalist white paint and gray walls give a clean impression, plus a steel and glass structure on the canopy to protect the front area without looking heavy.

we chose the Minimalist theme because it fits the land area, the land area is only 6x12 meters. Ideally the house has a hallway / side door, carport, terrace / little garden, we design it in such a way to fit the land and simple desires

The facade material is full white paint from front to back, using a perforated fence with a combination of walls and slanted plates, the house number uses acrylic, the installation of lights is directed obliquely to the house number so that the middle part is also exposed to light, while the lights on the edge are installed slightly above to illuminate the road

Appearing with a strong industrial minimalist character, PX HOME carries a combination of rough textured exposed walls and brick red roster elements that create a natural play of shadows. House Facade ✨
This house measures 7 x 10 meters, which we designed in a classic minimalist style using a fence made of wood plank in wood grain color combined with white galvanized iron.
On the side we made a fence made of hebel and cement which was shaped like an arch to plant cacti so that there was a green impression, due to the limited land available. For the terrace we used a PVC ceiling to be heat and humidity resistant and we gave the walls a little wall panel to beautify them.

The facade theme in this aalo house is Contemporary by combining the concepts of scandi, minimalist, tropical and a little industrial touch in the carport section which gives a modern impression.
We chose this style because we wanted to create a warm atmosphere, while reflecting a dynamic lifestyle. The contemporary facade also allows the use of innovative design elements, which are very suitable for the surrounding environment.
To achieve this style, we chose materials such as natural wood panels, iron, roster, large glass and we added plants. This combination of materials not only provides an aesthetic appearance, but also ensures good natural lighting inside the house. Making the house feel brighter and more open 🥰

The SFhaus facade represents typical colonial-era art deco (streamline moderne) with a limited color palette that does not stand out: white, gray, green, brown. It has classic elements such as asymmetrical masses, flat roofs, plain finishes, curved corners, horizontal lines, and glass blocks. Almost all corners have curved elements, including fences, barn doors, canopy columns, canopy frames, and perimeter walls. This area has a contrast in texture: a plain facade, a carport as raw as possible.
Some elements that are quite quirky on the facade, for example:
- The design of the pedestrian gate door, sliding fence, connecting to the stair railing and bridge inspired by Power Mac G5;
- The fence has a lock system without a latch on the reinforced concrete column with additional locks from the fence motor, a cleaner appearance;
- Large warehouse, has features as outdoor AC storage, PLN meter, water pump, LPG with direct piping to the kitchen, exhaust vent from the kitchen cooker hood, composting storage.
- The ramp entrance corridor rises 1.2 meters because the building foundation is raised to anticipate flooding. This hallway curves towards the main door creating a wind tunnel effect to the family room, so the family room is cool and breezy without AC. Especially when it rains, the wind is really pushed in.
- From the carport, entrance to the house there is no split level and floor leveling so that it is elder-friendly, especially those who use wheelchairs, so they don't stumble. Another consideration for using a ramp is that the gallon and heavy package delivery people are arranged so that they don't enter the house, they drop their goods at the carport, and the ART just pushes them using a trolley.

Just 2 weeks ago, Mba Rimara had the idea to repaint the fence & paint everything white.
It felt like after it was finished, the icon of Rimara's house seemed to disappear 😅
Because the facade blends with the characteristic curved white fence with brown woodplank board access.
Next time, maybe it will be repainted again as before.

The industrial-themed facade of #BruwnHouse is dominated by brown and black colors. Beams using list plank material make the impression of this house tall. Actually, the facade of this house is what caught our attention, because we think it is quite unique and different.

The facade design of this house is minimalist and has a Scandinavian gable roof shape, my husband and I designed the facade to match the width of the building.
We made the fence of this house tight so that privacy is maintained and remains minimalist with GRC material painted in wood color to make it look natural like wood,
We also added a roster so that it is not monotonous and there is a gap for air to enter and exit.
We use 2 types of canopies, one side uses solar flat to make it brighter and more aesthetic, and the garage canopy uses a PVC ceiling with a wood motif that matches the fence.
