Try to wash your bedding at least once a week during the Summer if your area is hot and humid and make sure to use the Warm setting when drying your bedding if any synthetic fiber is included in the fabric! If the dryer is set to the Hot setting the fabric might melt. 🥲

Beach trips are our usual tradition, but with an 8 month old, travel felt a bit ambitious this year 😅

I’m cooking more at home as it’s too hot to go outside.
And, the heat means I’m also going to minimize the usage of my stove.
Time for bringing out a lot of plates and dutch ovens to accommodate for a fresh vegetable spread or a recipe that the oven can cook for me. 💛
I recommend DIY Vietnamese Spring rolls and oven roasted garlic or egg yolk confit for the Summer! A great way to eat a lot of fresh veggies with a flavorful oil dip that goes well with so many dishes. 🧄
