Here are my 3 favorite decoration items that are budget friendly and that I use to decorate the TV area in the living room:
1. Concrete decorations, some of these are in the form of vases, some are just for display (the shape of a house). The size is quite large with neutral colors: natural, white and black. The price is only 17k-25k, you know!
2. Monochrome Wall Art
The pair of wall art that I placed on this shelf cost only 15k each. This wall art is equipped with a hanger, the material is quite thick even without a frame, the illustrations are suitable to be placed in the living room and because the color is monochrome, they are suitable for various interior styles.
3. Artificial Cambodian Tree
This tree is also my favorite decoration. For a large ornamental plant, the price is considered budget friendly, namely 200k. The shape is beautiful and real enough so it looks natural.

One of the drawbacks of living in an #Apartment is the lack of a warehouse or limited storage space.
So, you have to be smart in thinking about how to have a #warehouse in the form of furniture! π€£
One way is by customizing furniture like my TV backdrop which also functions as storage. Although my dream is to have a simple TV area without big furniture like this, I have to give in for the sake of having a "warehouse". So I made a large TV backdrop with lots of storage.
Even 2 shelves are specifically for storing a microwave and oven. So besides being a TV area, a gaming area, storage and even for cooking too! πππ
Even so, it can still look cool! β¨β¨β¨

Latest update about tv area. Still a wishlist to replace the art object & also add rattan pots on the left side of the tv. Still sticking with granite floors because this room is 1 with the kitchen with an open space concept. Where the kitchen is less recommended to use vinyl flooring because it will quickly get stained from cooking. So, see you in season 9, neighbors. π₯°π€

The transformation of the TV area since the beginning of its existence until now. The changes are little by little, from the beginning it was plain with a WPC backdrop added and finally the ambalan was replaced with a more proper one. TV area update after yesterday's makeover. We cut the top of the old wpc & installed upvc marble on all sides of the TV area. The shelves were also reduced so that they were not too high. Although the color is not as expected, we think it's still okay. What do the neighbors think? Better before or after the makeover?
