This terrace was made during the pandemic. It was intentionally used as a living room at that time, because I was paranoid about bringing outsiders into the house. Honestly, people rarely visit, because we interact more on the upper floor 🤭

This is our back garden area which uses synthetic grass. The use of synthetic grass here ensures minimal maintenance. This area can be directly seen from our kitchen and also the main bedroom area on the 2nd floor. Of course, when it rains, this area is safe from getting wet because we use solar taff which connects from the laundry room on the 2nd floor. This is also the location of our cat's litter box. . Home is where the heart is 🤎
The room is our favorite place at home. Besides resting, the room is the most comfortable place to calm down.
This is the view from inside the main room. We deliberately used a sliding glass door that directly faces the dry garden area. Green plants, light from the skylight and raindrops are the views that we also enjoy from inside the room.
No need to go far, it turns out that healing in the room is more enjoyable. It feels like a staycation at a villa, very comfortable 🫶🏻✨

The facade of the house built by the developer with an early 2013 style, has not been changed much because it follows the applicable provisions. We only added decorative elements such as wpc lattices on the terrace, replaced the floor tiles with granite, made a bench on the terrace, and arranged a small garden in front of the house with a dry garden concept.

Aesthetic minimalist terrace in the developer's house
The appearance of the terrace of this developer's house is actually very simple. To sweeten the appearance, we put two rattan chairs so you can sit beautifully and see the surroundings 😄. Slowly we started to add a rattan table between the chairs, where we could place bitter coffee in the morning or evening. Modern minimalist is the main theme in our house. It so happens that the default facade design of this house supports the interior of this house. We also chose bougainvillea and anting putri plants to beautify the front, because the exposure to morning sunlight is quite good here.

This is a minimalist indoor garden area in the house which is actually a room for drying clothes, because from the start I wanted to have a multi-purpose laundry room. I use a cranked clothesline (lifting clothesline) above the canopy so I can use the lower area for a small garden. So that the atmosphere of the house becomes cooler. Only measuring 2.5 meters x 1 meter makes the atmosphere in the house more lively. I also added synthetic grass to make it greener and easier to maintain.

Garage corner from afternoon to night. My neighbor taugaksi I originally drew here there is a small garden on the left and a small pool space on the right so there is the sound of water so it's cool but it turns out the space is not enough so I prefer the garden because the vegetation in the building really makes it alive. Well because the space here is not too big, I designed the ceiling roof with LED lights like this. Cool huh so it looks spacious 🫶🏻
