The facade of this house carries a minimalist style with a tropical touch.
The design is simple but still functional, with a combination of neutral colors such as white and dark green that give a clean, calm and natural impression.
🏡The white color on the main wall makes the house look brighter and more spacious, while the dark green at the bottom provides an accent that adds a cool impression.
🪟The details on the iron doors and barred windows with simple motifs give a classic feel, the installation not only adds character to the house, but also provides a sense of security ✨
🌿 Several green plants on the terrace aim to add a natural and refreshing impression, making the appearance of the house more alive 🌱
🤍 This house was purchased in second condition, where some have been renovated by the previous owner. Some elements have been repaired, so we only need to change a few parts such as changing the paint color to suit our tastes, adding plants as a personal touch, and installing a canopy to make it more shady. Although not a new house, but now it looks fresher and more comfortable to live in ✨🫶🏻

BACKYARD GARDEN
It feels incomplete if there is no healing space at home. Yup!! This is my favorite place in my home. Sometimes even at 3 am, time doesn't feel like it's flying so fast sitting or finishing my work here. I deliberately made this backyard garden with a semi-open roof, so when it rains I can enjoy every drop of water falling and the sound is very cozy. During the day, the bright sun can provide food for my favorite plants here. You can also have a picnic, it's really cozy here 😍

This is our back garden area which uses synthetic grass. The use of synthetic grass here ensures minimal maintenance. This area can be directly seen from our kitchen and also the main bedroom area on the 2nd floor. Of course, when it rains, this area is safe from getting wet because we use solar taff which connects from the laundry room on the 2nd floor. This is also the location of our cat's litter box. . The entrance area is an icon at Rumah DalamGang. Why?? Because this area has a park and parking area. Because our house is in an alley where only 2 motorbikes can pass by.
This area is a favorite for relaxing, children playing or just hanging out for tea together. This outside area was designed to be comfortable and safe.

This is a rooftop view
Initially, this was just a sunbathing area, then I multifunctionalized it as a relaxing area with a little remodel.
It was given a small fish pond, but to be honest, it is rarely filled with fish😄, then it was given synthetic grass and the edges were given white coral stones,
As long as it is not used for sunbathing, we as a family sometimes relax together here.. 😇

One year ago, when we were cleaning up the back area, even though the land was limited, we wanted a small space to relax and at the same time a space for sunlight to come in...

What comes to your mind when you hear a house next to a cemetery?
Scared? Scary? Taboo? And maybe there are many more negative thoughts about this. Yes, honestly, we did choose to buy this house (before it was renovated) because the selling price was very affordable. We bought this house from a relative, because this house was unoccupied so it would be a shame if it was abandoned.
For those of us who are not sensitive to mystical issues, it is easy to ignore all the negative thoughts of others. Moreover, even though it is next to a cemetery, the location of this complex is very strategic with children's schools, shopping centers and of course close to parents' houses too.
What other people don't know, the house on the hook next to the cemetery:
- there is a parking lot for guests
- access can be from the front and side
- a back garden can be made with extra roster on the side and side door.
- fresh air flows all the time
- sunlight is not blocked by buildings
- don't worry about the above things being lost because no permanent buildings will be built.
- be more self-aware because we are always reminded of death.
So wherever we live, be grateful and enjoy it. Love where you live 💙🩵
