The stairs at Angka House are rarely exposed because our house is not perfect and still has 1 floor, because the house is growing we are making stairs to the 2nd floor in the future to make the renovation process easier.

This staircase was designed by my husband with a U-shape (adjusting the place) to maximize the land, the bottom has a kitchen in line and a washing machine + refrigerator, at first glance this staircase is not visible in the living room because the stairs are next to the bedroom wall

The finishing used is epoxy to make it easy to clean and beautify the room

We use the Japandi - Industrial concept. Because of the combination of Japandi & Industrial materials that we like, from Japandi which uses more wood & Industrial which uses more concrete materials. In terms of concept, we also like the maximum use of open space & lighting in the house.
Almost all rooms in our house use this concept, which is especially typical in the TV room and back garden. The TV room uses Japanese-style panel panels with wooden granite floors, adding a warm impression and black aluminum windows with List ornaments adding a stronger Japandi - Industrial impression. For the back garden, we chose a cement-colored exposed wall design that gives an industrial impression.

Decor and Utilization of Storage Under the Stairs.
Due to the limited area of the house and our need for a lot of space, when renovating we really thought about land use and storage. one of them is on this section of the stairs.
We only decorated the stairs next to the kitchen and the main bedroom door with live ornamental plants. with a close pot cover in white and gray.
Meanwhile, we use storage under the stairs to store cat food, snacks, microwaves, dispensers, coffee corners and pantries that can be accessed by people.
We ordered custom storage under the stairs from the kitchen set vendor with colors that match the kitchen.

Hello everyone, good evening, in this house there are 2 bathrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floors, for the bathroom on the 1st floor it is located under the stairs so the size is not too big. Because it is located close to the living room area, so for the bathroom door I decorated it using a camouflage door using wall panels that blend with the theme in the living room. 😊

Floating Stairs ala Deiraa.House 🥰
Yessss our dream floating floor in our first home
Although NOT on a glass railing, this staircase is quite wide and has steps that are not high (does not make you tired of climbing the stairs)
In this void area there is a dead glass window that is wide enough so that outside light can enter freely making the house automatically bright without additional lights during the day ☺️
And what I like the most is when the weather is sunny, we can see the sunset view of the sky from this window (like a very beautiful painting of Allah SWT) 😍

Let's get to know the stair area in this house. So this is the stairway to the 2nd floor of this house.
For the wall of this stair area, we installed a wall frame with a black and white photo so that it doesn't look too crowded. In the middle of the stairs, we also placed a monstera plant so that this area is more alive.
For the use of this ceramic, a wood motif with a size of 30x30cm.

This is the @diemdibumi staircase to the 2nd floor. For this #tangga we used a wood colored taco floor and also a stair railing made of holo iron. This staircase can be said to be very safe for children ( #kidsfriendly ) and also parents. Because the stair railing here is made full ceiling. Something trivial, but crucial: stairs 🪜
Because here we are talking about safety, comfort, and also look—it is fitting in our house.
Initially, the stairs on the 1st floor in #RumahSeupil were not like the ones in this photo. It was a complete failure! Steep and messy, I suspected that the craftsman was an amateur. THEN, I changed craftsmen to someone who usually makes iron stairs and the result was much neater and more pleasing to the eye (I don’t know why) like the proportions fit perfectly in the house. It was comfortable to use, not steep at all.
The point is, you can’t just make stairs carelessly. You have to be careful in choosing the craftsman, because a real craftsman understands: 1) the distance between 1 step and the other 2) the ideal size of the steps and the height of the railing 3) the choice of iron paint ✨

About our house stairs, located in the outer area of the building. Must be budget friendly and easy to make by the craftsman.
The combination of scattered stone, iron, kamprot walls, and bricks becomes a harmonious staircase. The stairs that sound "krek krek krek" when the stone steps are stepped on are a sign for us when someone passes by.
The combination of local materials, natural nuances, utilizing a combination of natural colors, that is the simple but luxurious meaning of. From nature back to nature, a luxury that must be absorbed.

The stair area is still lacking.

Multifunctional Minimalist Stairs 🫶🏻
These stairs are access to the laundry room and warehouse. With a very small size because it was provided by the developer, but we chose the ceramic floor ourselves.
Because these stairs are made of concrete, we also use the area below as a storage area.
To make it look neat, a full cabinet is made with block board material coated with wood motif HPL.
For the stair railing, it is made of hollow iron in the form of a pipe with a curved/arch model so that it is not monotonous.

Stairs with skylight view ✨
From morning until noon at home you rarely turn on the lights, because there is natural light that enters the house through the skylight on the stairs.
This skylight is quite wide and can illuminate the 1st and 2nd floors of the house, plus it makes the atmosphere prettier and brighter, but the downside is if it's hot during the day when the sun is hot. To reduce the effects of heat, we make skylights in areas with minimal activity, such as on the stairs of this house.
