Feels minimalist GH House💚
This terrace was made outside the renovation phase. So we designed this purely and worked on it ourselves. We made floors, concrete plant pots and concrete benches with the help of a journeyman. For shopping, we source our own ingredients and plant them ourselves specifically for the Heliconia plant.
From this terrace project, we learned how to manage finances so that this minimalist terrace becomes a reality. Apart from that, we learned to communicate with other people (craftsmen). We got the inspiration from Pinterest and also the accounts of home decor friends. The reason for using a bench is so that if there are lots of guests, we can use this terrace area 😁

Experienced from the terrace at our parents' house which is quite spacious and if mopping feels sore, then the terrace at our house is made very minimalist.
On this terrace, we also add green plants to make it fresh and next time we have luck, we want to renovate part of the garden to make it more comfortable and you can hang out near the terrace 🤗

The facade of this house carries a minimalist style with a tropical touch.
The design is simple but still functional, with a combination of neutral colors such as white and dark green that give a clean, calm and natural impression.
🏡The white color on the main wall makes the house look brighter and more spacious, while the dark green at the bottom provides an accent that adds a cool impression.
🪟The details on the iron doors and barred windows with simple motifs give a classic feel, the installation not only adds character to the house, but also provides a sense of security ✨
🌿 Several green plants on the terrace aim to add a natural and refreshing impression, making the appearance of the house more alive 🌱
🤍 This house was purchased in second condition, where some have been renovated by the previous owner. Some elements have been repaired, so we only need to change a few parts such as changing the paint color to suit our tastes, adding plants as a personal touch, and installing a canopy to make it more shady. Although not a new house, but now it looks fresher and more comfortable to live in ✨🫶🏻

The terrace of the house is also used to receive temporary guests who do not need to enter our house. The walls are simple white and decorative washed paint, but we decorate it with lots of plant pots to make it look fresher.
For the shoe rack, we prefer it open without a special cabinet because shoes and sandals are often dirty. Next to it are my husband's work shoes and work helmet.

Minimalist house terrace with an area of 120cm x 330cm with a mix of crystal black granite which makes the building look bold and a small garden of 190cm x 330cm. To make it look warmer at night, I added 2 spotlights on either side of the main door. Well, under this garden, the septic tank was made hehe...

✨ Split Level Facade with Mini Garden
Hi everyone, welcome to our house facade. Actually, our facade uses a design from the developer, but what makes it different from other houses is that we changed the terrace area into a small garden.
To add privacy in the front area of the house, we also added a Roster wall. In addition, because the house area is higher than the garage, we use a leveling system on the facade with stair access from two parts, stairs from the side of the garage & stairs from the front of the house.
Hopefully our facade can be an inspiration for minimalist homes.

The carport and terrace in this house each measure 3.5 m x 4.5 m for the carport and terrace measuring 3.5 m x 1.5 m.
For the ceiling on the terrace and carport, we use PVC ceiling because it is in an outdoor area so that it is safer from rain and heat. We use wood grain motif flooring on the terrace and stone motif ceramics in the carport with a slightly rough texture.

The facade of the house built by the developer with an early 2013 style, has not been changed much because it follows the applicable provisions. We only added decorative elements such as wpc lattices on the terrace, replaced the floor tiles with granite, made a bench on the terrace, and arranged a small garden in front of the house with a dry garden concept.

We made the carport area spacious and roomy so that it is comfortable to park the vehicle. And most importantly, there is no difficulty when putting the vehicle in or out.
Beside the carport, there is a dry garden with a comfortable seating area. We also gave a touch of synthetic grass so that the garden is more lively and beautiful.
Slides 1 and 3 photos were taken in the morning, while slides 2 and 4 photos were taken in the afternoon when the sunlight was really hot because our house faces west.

This is the back terrace which is my favorite place ✨ Because this is the most suitable place to just have coffee or just daydream hehe.
