To arrange the dining room, I follow the color tone of the house so that when buying furniture in the dining room, I choose a matching color. because the theme of our house is Japandi, so for wooden elements we present both on the dining chairs, dining table and storage boxes above the dining table. To make it comfortable to eat, the chairs chosen are also made of thick, soft fabric so that they are comfortable to sit on with shoulder rests.

besides that I avoid using plastic furniture, because living in a tropical area, plastic melts more easily. and if held by hand, it can be dangerous. for safe materials, it needs to be seen according to where you live. but it is better to choose furniture that has safe materials for children, so it will be safer, especially in the area where you eat.

This is our dining area which is still next to our living room. Not many items, just versatile enough, sometimes it can be used as a dining area, sometimes it can also be a work area.
We bought the table from Jepara with a size of 200x100x80, fits 6 chairs.
Because we like hosting, we really need a fairly large table and we have also prepared additional chairs. I really like these stackable meatball chairs from Azko, the color also still matches the concept of our room.
This area is also beautified with hanging lamps from At Avere. We have been eyeing minimalist and thin lamps like this, At Avere happened to have them even though we had to PO 1 month. It is very suitable for adding a warmer impression to the room.
