Initially, this room used a partition between the living room and kitchen, but it felt cramped, so we decided to change the layout, removing the partition between the living room and kitchen.
And according to our expectations, the room became more spacious, the kitchen area which was initially cramped, now we can make a kitchen set with a size of 2.40 plus a cupboard under the stairs.
The open space concept is indeed the key to making the space more spacious.

This children's room renovation is still on budget thanks to the use of 3mm thick MDF wall batten with a width of 5cm. This material was chosen because it is pocket-friendly but still gives a clean and modern look. I use vinyl flooring to get a natural wood look but still practical (plus: soft and not cold!). For the walls and moldings, I chose WPC so that it is moisture-resistant and durable.

Living room changes from time to time, we had time to change the sofa, from a brown L-shaped sofa to a light cream 3-seater teak sofa.

This year there are some changes in the house.
1. Living room, finally we decided to use vinyl with a budget of 200 thousand per box for a room area of 32sqm and this really changes the ambience of the room to be warmer.
2. Bathroom, using precut tiles at a price of 23K / piece for a little Japanese impression and bathroom nice using granite at a price of 170 / box. For the bathroom nice list we use a wpc list at a price of 57 thousand per bar with a length of 120cm.
3. Replacing the kitchen backsplash using precut tiles the same as the ones we use in the bathroom, if you buy it boss the price is only 130 thousand for 6 pieces, this really makes the kitchen look very Japanese.
4. Bedroom, this is the corner of the room that I use for a work area, the floor uses vinyl at a price of 300 thousand per box, a study table at a price of 300 thousand and a transparent chair at a price of 200 thousand.
I think the materials we use are quite pocket-friendly and we also pay attention to the quality when choosing the materials.
And the results are satisfying for us 😊
