Have a bathroom like a hotel bathroom? Why not! With an area of 2.5 X 1.8 meters, you can have your dream bathroom. I designed this bathroom myself according to my needs. I deliberately chose non-fiber wall tiles so that they are easy to clean and for the floor tiles I chose fiber granite so that they are not slippery and comfortable of course. For the material, I made sure it was the best but still pocket-friendly, because this bathroom was certainly made for the long term. Now for this one, this Vanity area is what I pay the most attention to. The height of the sink is adjusted to the height of my body, so it won't be too high or too low. Can you imagine if I just want to wash my hands, my hands will get sore because of the height? And then, there is wall storage for my skincare so that I am more diligent in doing skincare and more glowing 😅. The concept, material, color palette, and sanitary are not differentiated to be cohesive with the overall house that carries the colonial art deco theme, but there are still characters and colors that are highlighted in each bathroom. Master & Kid bathroom = green. Guest bathroom = dark red. ART bathroom = creamy white. The SFhaus master bathroom measures 2.4 x 2.1 m, not big and does not use a bathtub because we are not the type who linger in the bathroom. The master bathroom is designed with a his-her sink and a wall-to-wall mirror measuring 2.4 x 1.8 m. The highlighted color in the master bathroom is green, on the mosaic tiling and vanity. All of our bathrooms are designed with a tropical bioclimatic concept that optimizes energy saving, smooth air circulation, optimal lighting, passive cross ventilation (air flows even when the door is closed). This creates a bright, non-humid, and odorless bathroom without an exhaust fan. The roof is fitted with a ventilated skylight with a 40 cm high opening using steel mosquito nets to prevent insects from entering, plus bengkirai wood lattices. The walls have air vents. This concept optimizes negative pressure, stacked effect, and passive cross ventilation so that it does not require an exhaust fan. Air pollution only takes about 30 seconds to be sucked out, checked using colored smoke. All bathrooms use PVC vanities for maximum economic life. Lots of storage for cleaning tools, personal care, rags and towels. The tabletop uses the same sintered stone as the kitchen. Using a solar water heater instead of a high-power electric water heater, so that the ceiling looks clean and energy efficient.
