Hello.
This is a picture from a sunny day some time ago.
It's been raining so much lately, and I've been feeling down and neglecting my interior decorating, but since I've been chosen as an ambassador for Ohouse season 10, I'm going to put in a little more effort!
Pics 1 & 2) I've added some art while I haven't updated in a while ♡
The painting in the middle is by Kazuhiro Nishiwaki, which I've had on display for a while, and the one on the right is by Shinpei Yoshida.
The paintings on the left and the one to the left of that, both in the same frame, were all purchased from a flea market site, and even though they're works by artists, they were being sold at incredibly low prices 🙄
They were probably artists who were active in the days before social media. The world is ending!
(Pics 3 & 4) Having a one-year-old makes a peaceful interior life far from ideal, but I try to choose toys that blend in with the decor as much as possible 🧸
IKEA's LILLABOO is so cute 😍

I found a way to add a glow to my round, green vase. I simply lay a round, battery-operated puck light close behind it. It also adds some more ambiant lighting to the room and it amplifies the green of the vase. I will soon see how this looks in the night and perhaps share a picture. #backlighting #ambiantlight #colorpop #gallerywall #art
