It took quite a long time to find a location for us to make a house. From the many choices of locations, we narrowed it down to several options, namely a location far from the crowds or the side of the road, a location on a fairly high plain because we wanted a natural atmosphere and fresh and clean air circulation. And of course the price of the land is in accordance with our budget. Finally we decided to build a house in this area because it fits the criteria above. Because my husband has an architectural services agency, I handed over all the drawing processes to the construction to my husband, of course with our mutual consent. Alhamdulillah, we have lived in this house for 2 years. The house that is the place where we return after being tired of activities outside. The design is simple but still functional, with a combination of neutral colors such as white and dark green that give a clean, calm and natural impression. 🏡The white color on the main wall makes the house look brighter and more spacious, while the dark green at the bottom provides an accent that adds a cool impression. 🪟The details on the iron doors and barred windows with simple motifs give a classic feel, the installation not only adds character to the house, but also provides a sense of security ✨ 🌿 Several green plants on the terrace aim to add a natural and refreshing impression, making the appearance of the house more alive 🌱 🤍 This house was purchased in second condition, where some have been renovated by the previous owner. Some elements have been repaired, so we only need to change a few parts such as changing the paint color to suit our tastes, adding plants as a personal touch, and installing a canopy to make it more shady. The facade of a simple house with a modern minimalist concept. The roster fence is 3 meters high and has a horizontal iron fence with a central door opening. We chose 2 motifs for our fence roster. "Propeller" roster, a raised surface on the front fence of the house and the top is curved. "Donut" roster, a flat surface on the side fence of the house, its function is for privacy with the next door neighbor and to maintain air circulation to the terrace. We chose white paint for the walls of our house, giving the impression that the facade of this house is spacious and clean. The terrace canopy is standard, and our house still uses 3 original roof mountains from the house. The roof tiles are also still original from clay. Simple indeed. Sansivera plants decorate the front of our house and a large trash can according to the needs of the garbage disposal. In front of the house there are also street lights from the original. Terrace in the House, this is behind the roster fence. This simple but spacious terrace has sansivera plants with 1 meter high wall pots. Cheese chairs and aesthetic coffee tables decorate our simple terrace. Terrazzo floor measuring 40cm x 40cm and white coral stone. This terrace has an open roof. And at night we can get light from behind the roster which makes this terrace look beautiful.
