The fence at Y.A House was chosen for security and privacy. The design carries a minimalist industrial concept with black and gray colors, in harmony with the facade of the house. Light steel material is used to be strong and rust-resistant.

Partition that becomes a transition between the living room and kitchen dining area. This area was originally plain with a roofless middle section and a garden concept in the middle that separated the family room and kitchen. As a result, when it rained, everything was wet because the developer did not consider the splash of rainwater π
Finally, we covered this middle section with a roof made of light steel and spandek, then we painted it with a matte black color to make it look industrial. Then we also added a partition made of multiplex coated with wood-motif HPL so that the appearance became more aesthetic π₯°

There is a small area behind the garage, I made it into a fruit garden, This is the front porch of the house, here where I plant fruit there are star fruit, rambutan etc. Where I also have coffee in the morning while sunbathing

Hi Neighbors,
Flashback to getting our first house, it wasn't short. Starting from looking for a new house, until finally we chose this second house considering the same price but getting a larger land area compared to if we bought a new unit.
Before we occupied this house, we did renovations including making this rooftop.
Starting from the renovation of replacing the wooden roof with light steel, adding room areas to changing the interior and also the facade.
The ideal house according to us is a house that is comfortable inside without having to use expensive materials. Hopefully it inspires πβ₯οΈ
