Balcony✨
The balcony which is directly connected to the main bedroom is my favorite place. With this balcony, sunlight and air circulation entering the room are very good.
In the morning relaxing on the balcony is the best moment for me to enjoy a cup of tea while reading a book, breathing in the fresh morning air and the warming sun makes me enthusiastic to start my activities.
I also placed a tridmill to exercise thinly with a beautiful view.

This tiny space is called the living room area on the 2nd floor. This area is always passed on the way to the back balcony and towards the master bedroom.
According to the concept, namely minimalism which of course does not use too many ornaments and colors. Always mix and match green in every white room.
In our opinion, the green color in a room with white walls is enough to give a fresh & lively impression, plus a touch of wooden ornaments emphasizes the color combination of each room in our house.

Favorite moment at home d_houseds
Hi O!house friends..
My favorite moments are really simple, namely moments where I can feel slow living. Usually I can do this in the afternoon when the children are playing alone. I will sit back on the soft sofa on the balcony while looking at the view from a wide angle to the sky. Occasionally I sip my warm coffee. Sometimes I also read my favorite books on this balcony. From here I can see the beauty of the evening sky which ushers in the arrival of the moon. Beautiful.

Spot for afternoon coffee and morning sunbathing.
This is the back terrace balcony of the house. Since my house faces west, it gets very hot in the afternoon. So I had the idea of making a balcony at the back.
The downside is that if it rains, you have to quickly put the sofa cushions in, because the ones I use are not waterproof.

This Japandi-themed Master Bedroom has a mini balcony that functions as a Green Corner, deliberately given a wall to provide privacy for residents in accessing it but still gets enough lighting and plenty of air. This bedroom is given Vinyl on the floor to give a warm impression and is more comfortable to step on. In addition, the Vinyl material which is slightly softer than granite, is considered safer for children.
The Walk In Closet space in the Master Bedroom is deliberately used as a Hijab, so that the view from outside the room is limited and does not directly see the entire side of the bed.

My private balcony
In that room there is a private balcony measuring 1x3.5m. Make it closed using roaster material, thus adding an aesthetic impression to the facade and also the interior. Especially when sunlight enters, the shadows will form and add to the aesthetics of the room.
For the floor using wooden decking and white stone so there is an outdoor impression but actually indoor.
This is made to maximize the function of the room, air and light that enters. Without reducing the aesthetics or function of the room.

Hatta Home has a fairly spacious balcony with a decking floor made of natural wood. We use this balcony as a healing area, for chatting, or just reading a book while sipping coffee.
Our next makeover plan is to cover the outdoor AC with wooden panels so that it can function as a long table, and to cover the AC pipes so that it looks neater. I'm still looking for some furniture that is suitable for the balcony, and of course still with the Farmhouse style theme with more plants later :)

The facade of this house is a modification of the facade design of the developer's house which was built in 2013. The design is not as modern as today's houses, and we renovated the design to fulfill several functions. For example, because this house faces west, we replaced the dead glass with rooster, so that the house doesn't get too hot and air flows easily. This balcony area is a relaxing place to sit to unwind while breathing in the outside air, accompanied by a cup of tea or coffee.
This is the back balcony of our house on the 2nd floor which is wider than the front balcony of the master bedroom.
The black color of the chair is coordinated with the color of the sliding door list. I didn't forget to add green artificial plant decorations to make it look fresh and contrast with the yellow tray table.
Feeling at home here for a long time while feeling the breeze feels comfortable and very calm.
