This Terra Hauz measures 6x15m, making it included in the tiny house category, hihi. So, that's why when we first renovated this house, we deliberately created an open plan concept and knocked down the walls that previously existed, there used to be a barrier between the living room and the kitchen.
Apart from that, we deliberately chose a round dining table, even though it looks like a round table is bigger, with a round table we can freely add additional chairs on all sides.
When choosing furniture colors, we also prefer neutral colors, with lots of white accents. The goal is to make the room appear brighter and more spacious.
With the combination of concepts as I said above, currently we are quite satisfied to live here with 1 child. Children still have a large space to run around😁

"The kitchen is the heart of the house," he said. That's why the kitchen must be made as comfortable as possible and can accommodate the needs and preferences of the occupants of the house. For me, a wife and mother of 1 child, even though the kitchen is small, I have to be able to do lots of activities. In this area, everything is completely custom, starting from the kitchen set, Dutch teak shelves, and also the high iron shelves.
We need lots of space to store cooking utensils. Therefore, custom shelves and shelves were made to suit our needs 🫶🏼✨

Terrahauz_ was the first house we lived in after getting married in 2020 when Covid was at its peak. I really remember the first interior project after the house was finished was the kitchen. "It's okay to just do whatever it takes first, the important thing is that the kitchen is ready, it's delicious to use to cook the basics"😄. So the first selection of color palette, materials, furniture, everything starts from this kitchen.
Because this is our first house, we thought we should just use neutral colors, so that later when we have a budget for other rooms it will be easy to follow. Be this minimalist-Scandinavian theme which seems suitable to be called a theme in terrauauz_ the home concept that is most widely used in many homes today is rich😁
In my opinion, there is nothing ugly or strange about the concept of a house, everything represents the needs and preferences of each home owner, and of course everyone has different tastes. The most important thing is that the concept of the house makes the occupants comfortable and always happy to see the house, making them really feel at home.😊

The living room in this terrahauz is quite small, but feels spacious because there is a void above it which is quite high. Because there are voids, so that the room doesn't look "empty" I deliberately chose decorative items that were quite large. For example, a full-body-size arch mirror and wall art measuring 120x120cm above the sofa. It's quite influential, it makes the space feel more filled and has soul🤗
For these quite large items, I ordered them custom at a glass & frame shop in the Cicada area, Bandung City. The prices are really cheaper than in e-commerce and large furniture stores. For this large frame the price is only 150 thousand and for the 160cm high mirror it only costs 350 thousand.

Child playroom is one of my favorite rooms in terrahauz. Because you really chose all the furniture, right down to the wall paint yourself✨ you were free from Paksuu hahaha.
In my opinion, what is important in a child's playroom is furniture that makes the child feel at home playing alone, for example, this Montessori table, my child can feel at home playing there for a long time, starting from playing cooking, studying, taking pictures there. The size also fits the child's body so he is comfortable playing there✨

If you pay attention, the kitchen in Terrahauz uses a lot of mixed materials. The main goal is definitely to save the budget🥰😂
At first I really needed to make 1 full kitchen set from a vendor. But because our budget is limited, we made the dispenser rack, microwave and also the spice shelf separately and custom.
The dispenser rack is made of hollow iron, the right and left sides use perforated metal. The budget is only 1.5 million until it's finished. Meanwhile, if you use a kitchen set for the dispenser rack itself, the price is 3 million.
Then there is a spice rack which is also DIY, buy pine wood and ordinary iron brackets. The total is around 400 thousand, while the kitchen set for 2 shelves is priced at 1.5 million.

The aesthetic room in the terrahauz could be this living room. Because in this room every corner has a "soul" that I put into it. Like on the wall I put wall art, in the corner near the window I put a monsterra tree and a table lamp. It's small things like that that make the room seem "alive" and ultimately look aesthetic✨

My favorite area at Terra Hauz is this bar table area, I really like hanging out here when the kids are sleeping, cooking noodles while drakoran🥹🤣 my kind of time. Then the view from this bar table is also a small garden that I look after myself, so it becomes even happier the longer you stay here. It feels like it's instantly recharged hehe🤍

One of my fav corners in terrahauz. Hand washing place in front of the guest bathroom✨ this photo was taken at night when the children were asleep and I wanted to clean up the children's toys (it looks like this is a messy children's play area opposite the sink😂)
In this area there is only 1 general light. So, at night, in one area of the house, only this light is turned on, the others are turned off. It feels like this area radiates an aura of sparks of joy for me because there are photos of my favorite frames too✨

Yesterday we just bought a standing lamp for our living room. It's a Barlast standing lamp from Ikea. But this is something I assembled myself and I haven't fitted the lampshade properly🙈 pardon me, I'll ask you to fix it first to fix this lamp haha.
For the living room at Terrahauz, the concept is warm neutral. The walls are white and the furniture is slightly colored. Because the ceiling in this living room is a fairly high void, I deliberately placed wall art that was quite large so that it had the impression of filling the room🥰
