Taraaa... this is the iconic face of my house, namely the terrace. It turns out that many people like the design of my terrace. Typical engineering doors, black ornamental aluminum windows combined with granite floors with wooden motifs are matched with walls finished with terracotta bricks. To make it even prettier, I gave it a live plant in a white terrazzo capsule pot and let the pothos dangle from the pot. Wow, I didn't expect so many people to like and be inspired by my terrace

Affordable but aesthetic material at sumo_nest โจ
On the facade there is a roster wall and also a house number from a plate that we form round as an architectural element.
The divider between the main door and the stairs uses gypsum painted and combined with hpl, in addition to adding an aesthetic element but also functional in design because there is storage at the bottom.
Stick-on bricks as a focal point in the middle of the room area and also give a different feel to the interior.

We will spill the material in this house which is quite friendly to the pocket but can make the room more aesthetic.
1. Wall batten .. it's quite hits for home decor because the installation is simple, easy, just stick it with sealant and then paint it. Gives a spacious effect too.
2. Vinyl floor .. if the floor is vinyl, the room will automatically be more cozy and warm, the vinyl we use is the Daedong brand, the whole house up to 2 rooms costs around 4 million only.
3. Selection of paint color .. we choose a calm paint color, not bright white. The white part is more of a broken white color. Combined with lighting, it immediately becomes an aesthetic combo.
4. Installation of Stick-on Bricks. Stick-on bricks in the outer terrace area give an industrial accent to our facade. Stick-on bricks are also not too expensive.

The favorite place when on holiday is to take breakfast in the foyer area. Because the open roof that penetrates the balcony and the large main door, makes this room get good air circulation and sun.
In the foyer area we built a deck with Ulin wood as the base, in the middle we planted Pule fossils to beautify the appearance.
Still maintaining the industrial rustic style, the corner of the foyer uses exposed bricks as walls.

Home Color Palette๐ป
The color palette is chosen by adjusting the "Facade" theme.
Our basic facade is Brick Brown/Wood Color, Black, White, and Gray. Therefore, in the main interior, the colors that appear are still in the same theme.
However, for some decorations we started to include mid-century colors so that the atmosphere of the house looks fresh and not monotonous.

Affordable materials but add quite a lot of decorative elements to our house because it minimizes the budget.
The fence area, gates are combined with hollow iron and expanded metal. The wall section has rosters so that it is not plain, also round geometric shapes for house numbers from cutting iron plates.
The kitchen table top uses HPL on the island section to make it more affordable than marble or other materials.
The stairs use SPC wood motifs for a warm impression and are lower in cost than solid wood. The foyer divider also still uses the same HPL finishing as the kitchen.
The void access in the middle of the house with a brick wall that adds to the natural atmosphere is also a focal point in our house.

Previously, this house was a developer-built house with poor quality materials. In 2023, we decided to do a total renovation by replacing the entire structure and using steel construction. This house was built up to the 2.5th floor, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I also realized my dream kitchen complete with a pantry, and had a family room that was large enough to gather. Meanwhile, the upper floor is used as a laundry area.

I agree that the facade is the face of the house. Many say that the facade of my house is iconic. Although previously there was a drama in the manufacturing process that was different from the initial design. I chose a dominant white color with roster access so that it is not monotonous and a combination of GRC fascia to make my house even more beautiful. Behind the roster there is a small terrace with aluminum windows and engineering hpl doors. The facade of my house is increasingly "lit up" at night because I use various light accents.

One of our main aspects in designing a house is natural lighting. To make it easier to maintain, we only made 2 positions, namely in the middle void area and also on the stairs.
