๐น๐ค๐๐๐๐ค๐ #rumahlimut is located on the 3rd floor.
The area is only 10m x 3.17m and is located along the ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ & kitchen area on the floor. 1 or along the parlor & service area 2nd floor
The stairs leading to #๐๐ค๐๐๐๐ค๐ are made of cast cement painted black and white with a glass skylight roof.
Floor #๐๐ค๐๐๐๐ค๐ was chosen using black and white ceramic chess/harlequin motifs to be consistent with the theme of the ground floor terrace.
In this area we installed a canopy made of iron with a classic design.
For the seating area, we made a ๐๐๐ค๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ made of concrete with two electrical sockets with protective cover from weather and rain.
As a relaxing area, in the canopy area we have prepared a ๐๐ช๐๐ก ๐ค๐๐ฉ ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐จ made of teak wood with white ducco paint.
Some accessories to beautify this area, we added heat-resistant hanging flower plants, bougainvillea flower pots & the addition of #๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐ which makes the atmosphere more romantic in the afternoon approaching night in this area.

The facade of #rumahlimut chooses a modern classic style. Natural stone elements & white bricks give an organic impression & give texture to the wall of the fence.
The profile of the iron fence, decorative lights and balcony with classic motif details, we chose so that this modern classic style is as close as possible to the ๐ข๐๐ค๐

We plan to add a ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐
๐๐๐ฎ ๐จ๐๐๐ to the roof of the main building so that the height of the building looks more balanced. Pray that there will be sustenance soon! ๐ฅฐ๐คฒ

Facade
#rumahlimut hasn't made many changes to the facade; it retains its old appearance, with the addition of a balcony and rooftop on the first floor.
This balcony is decorated with a canopy made of iron sheet and plants in hanging pots.
From this balcony, there are cement stairs leading up to the rooftop. We painted these stairs a classic black and white color and they are slightly visible from below.
