Here are some materials that I use to beautify the kitchen that are definitely budget friendly! 1) Wall decoration using a combination of several decorative items such as: checkered foam wall stickers, synthetic grass, PVC wall panels, MDF and wood molding. 2) Skylight in the kitchen makes the kitchen bright and items are not damp. The significant changes that occurred in our kitchen were changes in theme and function. Previously, the kitchen had an indoor garden theme with a combination of green and redwood wallpaper. In this kitchen, we also left it filled with indoor plants with an open roof. After our living room was converted into a child's room, we moved the living room to the kitchen. Thus, we had to close the open kitchen roof. However, we still wanted a bright kitchen. So, we decided to close the roof with a glass canopy. In addition, we also changed the theme of the indoor plant area to a modern cafe theme by using a sage green arch-shaped wall batten with a combination of colonial white cream paint.
