The Beauty of the Laundry Room Combined with the Back Terrace of the House.
This small service area measuring 2 meters x 1 meter is located outside/behind the house, right next to the kitchen and the back terrace which also functions as a place to dry clothes.
Behind the roaster there is a mini warehouse and a water pump that is deliberately hidden to make it neater.
The terrace of the house with an open roof makes for good air circulation and coolness when inside the house. The combination of terrazzo floor ceramic materials and natural stone (coral) looks beautiful. The addition of Pachira ornamental plants looks even more beautiful and minimalist. In addition, there are ceramic benches with checkered motifs that give a modern minimalist impression.
The installation of a unique sign board that says LNDr/m. (read: Laundry Room) makes this area look different from the service area in general. While I still choose mini curtains to prevent rainwater from splashing onto the washing machine, a side trolley as an organizer for soap bottles and cleaning cloths, as well as a cute cherry-shaped floor brush 🍒.
Above the washing machine I put a kitchen shelf and flower decorations.

To support the consistency of the Industrial Rustic theme, our house is not far from cement, wood, brick and metal elements. Which gives the effect of natural color tones such as black, brown and gray.
This house is designed with many custom interiors made by local craftsmen to support MSMEs. From the bed, cupboard and storage, we customize everything from pressed teak wood pieces and still maintain the natural wood grain as a motif.
All furniture is maximized to be made into storage so that there are not many items displayed in our house. Of course this makes our house look more spacious.
The selection of items is always thought out repeatedly so that they really provide a storage function. Yes, our house has very few "tritilan", although sometimes we are tempted too, right?! ☺️
Some of the remaining patterned tiles we use to make wooden benches that we can move to various rooms according to their function
We make the floor from cement without coating, completely pure cement. Hairline cracks and striped cement motifs make this house CONSISTENTLY industrial.

Hi Neighbors, let's get to know the rooftop spot at @bersama_house.
Usually we spend the afternoon in this area, because our house faces west so it's perfect for getting a sunset view.
This rooftop is usually a place to "hang out" from afternoon to evening while enjoying the air that is starting to cool, the clear sky while enjoying a cup of coffee plus the bonus of watching the activity of passing planes (the house is close to the airport). So if asked which is our favorite area? This area ♥️

The facade of a simple house with a modern minimalist concept. The roster fence is 3 meters high and has a horizontal iron fence with a central door opening.
We chose 2 motifs for our fence roster.
"Propeller" roster, a raised surface on the front fence of the house and the top is curved.
"Donut" roster, a flat surface on the side fence of the house, its function is for privacy with the next door neighbor and to maintain air circulation to the terrace.
We chose white paint for the walls of our house, giving the impression that the facade of this house is spacious and clean.
The terrace canopy is standard, and our house still uses 3 original roof mountains from the house. The roof tiles are also still original from clay. Simple indeed.
Sansivera plants decorate the front of our house and a large trash can according to the needs of the garbage disposal. In front of the house there are also street lights from the original.
Terrace in the House, this is behind the roster fence. This simple but spacious terrace has sansivera plants with 1 meter high wall pots. Before - After Renovating Plants in the Backyard.💫
After more than 2 years since they were first planted, the condition of the backyard plants was already very tall & the shape was messy. I had intended to renovate it for a long time but was confused about what to do. I was bored with the layout of just rows. Finally, we made pandan bali as the center of attention then underneath there were small plants that we placed randomly gathered together to make it look more lush but still neat & pleasing to the eye. After being changed like this, it turns out that the yard looks more spacious. What do the neighbors think?
