Here's the inspiration for a house with affordable materials that still looks aesthetic! 😍
Staircase Area: The steps are made of conwood, giving a natural and warm impression. For the floor, we use granite which is durable and easy to maintain.
Door Handle: Using a simple black door handle, adds a modern minimalist touch to every room.
Bathroom: Simplicity at its finest! The walls are fitted with white ceramic tiles with a combination of subway and box patterns, giving a clean but stylish look. The floor uses elegant and waterproof gray granite.
Terrace: For a more earthy and cool atmosphere, we spread natural stones around the terrace. The combination of rocks and plants makes the outdoor area more at one with nature.

Affordable materials available in our house:
1. The canopy part of the carport as a layer under the tempered glass uses bamboo slats, besides being cheaper, the appearance is also attractive.
2. The backyard because of lack of sunlight so the grass does not grow well, the alternative is we use stone, but we use split stone bought at a hardware store, the cost is cheaper than using decorative stone and the appearance also seems more in tune with nature.
3. For the kitchen toptable and backsplash using the same material, using granite tiles measuring 320x160 one sheet divided into two, the price is much cheaper than natural marble and the resistance to stains is better because there are no pores.
4. The stairs initially wanted to use real wood but after calculating the budget it was more economical to use conwood, and the results were also good like wood because there were fibers, easy maintenance.

Facade of Mini Vina House 🏡
The facade of our house is still included in the developer's default, but to display a different look we added a fence and fence fort and canopy on the terrace, and slightly renovated the carport.
We want to display the facade by highlighting the bright roster color, so we chose to use black exterior paint. In addition, the black color makes the wall paint not easily visible dirty.
