I chose a mid-century modern/postmodern concept for my living room because the design characteristics are different from houses in general. In this concept, even though it is minimalist with a neutral and soft color palette, I can also use more pop up colors for furniture and other decoration items, such as my electric blue coffee table. I also added a mirrorball in this room to make it more interesting 🛋️🪩

The kitchen concept that was made
is simple and colorful
with limited space, not many items can be stored outside
therefore, the kitchen set is made to suit the needs with lots of places to put items, with multiplex materials and a clean look.
to give a fun impression, we give a pokladot pattern attached to the kitchen wall, besides that, the selection of colored items, simple but gives a different feeling when looking at it 🔴🌼

Figure House has a building area of 45m2, we take advantage of this minimal building space by using an open space concept to make it look more spacious, we choose white wall paint and predominantly white furniture.

Wall Decorations in the first21.haus house 🏞️
One decoration that can create a room mood, especially in adding more artsy color elements, is posters and paintings.
✨In the stair area there is 1 work of art with a religious-themed painting that has the meaning that people who are considered impure are not prohibited from worshiping in the mosque. Then the block frame poster and the Bauhaus-themed wooden & glass frame poster. Likewise in the living room and kitchen, we deliberately chose posters that have unique and colorful motifs to balance natural elements such as wooden elements, white paint on the walls and green plants so that the room is not monotonous.
✨In the main room, apart from posters, there are also design illustrations of our pictures as a family with 2 pets, so that the bed does not look empty, we fill the picture with more personal art. Framed with acrylic to make it cleaner and more attractive. In addition, we do not always put posters or paintings on the wall but can be on shelves or tables to make the placement more flexible.

We can get our stainless steel shelves in @modulock with several parts that can be assembled according to your needs, the mushroom lamp can be obtained from emmers and the vinyl player equipment is also from emmers, but for our collection of vinyl records, some of them can be obtained from Jastip in Japan

For the budgeting of the stainless rack, we spent around 1 million because we make the glass ourselves so it is more economical, so the total is around 4 million, not including the vinyl record collection because the price of vinyl records varies greatly

‼️ European Style House Facade Design
The facade is one of the parts that we also renovated. Because we did not use a contractor, let alone an interior designer when renovating, we chose a facade concept that was not too complicated and magnificent but had a unique design by choosing a farmhouse theme.
We were inspired by typical houses in one of the villages in Amsterdam which from the outside give a simple, unique, and elegant impression.
✅️ Wall Material: using textured GRC material that is stacked in tiers.
✅️ Windows & Doors: using PVC material for both frames and doors to prevent termites.
✅️ Carport Roof: using transparent tempered glass to make the house look spacious.
✅️ Artificial Plants & Flowers: to give a homey and aesthetic impression, as well as low maintenance.
