BEFORE & AFTER ✨
I picked Incredible white(sw7028) of Sherwin Williams for a hallway & living & dining area. I really like this color. It’s a off white color and gives a different feel depending on the natural light.
I changed the paint color and flooring before moving in. It made a huge difference!

concrete kitchen without having to dismantle the concrete.
Everything is covered (backsplash & table top),
Initially, make a simple doodle to give a brief to the kitchen set vendor, by bringing several reference images and selected materials.
Thank God it was delivered well, even though during the process there were some things that didn't match 😅

- HPL from @taco.id TH 884 J Tulare Walnut for lower and upper cabinets
- matte mosaic ceramic for backsplash.
- solid surface white carara for the table top

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐢 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐔𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐝𝐢 #rumahlimut, from being narrow because there are gaps and messy because there are no gaps, to being neater & more comfortable! ✨
This 2x3.2m bathroom transformation is a 𝒎𝙮 𝙙𝒓𝙚𝒂𝙢 𝙗𝒂𝙩𝒉𝙧𝒐𝙤𝒎. With a 𝒕𝙞𝒎𝙚𝒍𝙚𝒔𝙨 𝙘𝒉𝙞𝒄 design, we open the ceiling a little for the 𝙨𝒌𝙮𝒍𝙞𝒈𝙝𝒕 above the sink area so that natural light can enter.
This bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and directly 𝒄𝙤𝒏𝙣𝒆𝙘𝒕𝙚𝒅 through a door to the 𝙬𝒂𝙡𝒌-𝒊𝙣 𝙘𝒍𝙤𝒔𝙚𝒕.
The floor & walls are fully up using 120x60cm marble motif granite without removing the old ceramics to cut costs and shorten the 𝙩𝒊𝙢𝒆 𝒇𝙧𝒂𝙢𝒆 work.
Specifically for the bathroom area, we differentiate the walls by using 𝒛𝙚𝒍𝙡𝒊𝙜𝒆 𝒕𝙞𝒍𝙚 (Moroccan ceramics) to maintain an “organic” feel.
To create a “warm” atmosphere, we chose 𝙨𝒉𝙤𝒘𝙚𝒓, faucets & bidets in 𝙜𝒐𝙡𝒅, several features with brass & silver materials.
As a storage area, we created a drawer-shaped cabinet with Taco sheet material with a wood motif & a door to the living room made of teak wood material coated with a 2-layer coating so that the original wood grain & color are still clearly visible. #BathroomCeramics

When our house @zenhouse.id was finished, the interior was not yet fully finished. That's why we call @zenhouse.id a growing house.
Starting from the foyer area, the first photo was taken in the first week we occupied it, June 2024.
We took the second photo 2 weeks ago. It has started to be filled with shoe racks & benches that can be used to put on and take off shoes. Then the most fun thing, when we went to Informa, we found a mirror that was the same color tone as the house. Happyyyy😍😍😍
Continuing the third photo, the mirror in the bathroom could initially be lit but 24/7. So to save money, we replaced the mirror with an LED touch screen🥰 in terms of shape, it's different, you can check it on slide 4, @zenhouse.id family.
Then we also rearranged the main room, which was originally still without glass and simple, so there were additional wooden accents and a full-body mirror. The presence of this mirror makes the room look more spacious😍
Then for the front area of the closet, which was originally a plain wall, we allocated it as a storage place for Ghaizan and his toy box. This is one of our ways to make Ghaizan feel "belongs to this house" because there is a separate section for his things🤗🫶🏻
Next, God willing, we will start focusing on the innercourt area, family room, laundry area, and mini garden near the carport. Pray that there will be sustenance to immediately beautify our house, family @zenhouse.id✨

Affordable material for more aesthetic Staircase walls! 🖼️

✨I chose terracotta matt Mosaic tiles to decorate the stair walls. The main reason is because of the beautiful precut 40x40cm design with fake grout, has an ashy motif that is not plain and looks vintage. This ceramic creates vibes to the stair area to the living room and looks warmer, especially when the lights are turned on.
✨The price can be purchased per sheet for 25,000 / sheet. We were lucky to find this unique motif in an affordable online marketplace because it is rarely found in offline stores.
✨Other tips for decorating walls;
-selection of materials & colors according to the mood of the tone of the house theme color, here midcentury modern and still in harmony with the color of the HPL cabinet.
-supportive lighting. For the stair area, add warm white lights (down light, Led strip or spotlights)
-Additional ornamental plants / artificial & wall decorations such as Paintings / Posters. (This time it hasn't been installed again because I'm waiting for the cement & grout to dry first 🥰)

‼️ Makeover (Before After) Stairs

The makeover that we did for the stair area in the casadeharsa house to make it look wider and aesthetic with a limited budget is as follows:
1. Applying vinyl because the standard stair ceramics from the developer are not bright enough and look dull.
2. Replacing the stair railing with a minimalist model/design.
3. Applying wall panels & wall battens to the walls of the stair area to make it more aesthetic and the stair area does not look monotonous.
4. Adding hanging lights so that the stair area looks more elegant and aesthetic.

Living room transformation
@arieskamarina's living room used to be simple and the seating looked uncomfortable, hahaha, but I was very grateful to have a living room like that. After patiently saving, praying and trying, we were finally given the opportunity to have a living room that, thank God, is more comfortable and warm for us. You can see some of the decorations and living room tables are still the same.

— My Home Story
There is a story about a tiny developer house that we bought suddenly like this round tofu.
At that time after we got married, we lived in a boarding house on the 3rd floor, finally after 1 year of marriage and at that time being 7 months pregnant with our first child, we just thought about having to look for a house because it was impossible to still live in a boarding house and have a baby.
Finally after searching via online house websites, here and there, none were right and there were many considerations because of access, the price that was not yet suitable, and the environment.
Finally found this house, thank God like a soulmate, immediately right.
The house that we have been living in for almost 8 years now,
Alhamdulillah is comfortable enough for us. Although it is not spacious, big and luxurious.
But God willing, we feel at home and always find a way to go home. 🥹🖤🤎
