✨ Split Level Facade with Mini Garden Hi everyone, welcome to our house facade. Actually, our facade uses a design from the developer, but what makes it different from other houses is that we changed the terrace area into a small garden. To add privacy in the front area of the house, we also added a Roster wall. In addition, because the house area is higher than the garage, we use a leveling system on the facade with stair access from two parts, stairs from the side of the garage & stairs from the front of the house. With textured paint, the walls look more aesthetic & have character. ♣️ 𝙄𝒏𝙙𝒐𝙤𝒓 Paint Color: to avoid monotony, for the interior we chose a combination of 𝒂𝙣𝒕𝙞𝒒𝙪𝒆 𝒘𝙝𝒊𝙩𝒆 & 𝒈𝙧𝒆𝙚𝒏 𝒇𝙤𝒈 colors that make the 𝙢𝒐𝙤𝒅 feel more 𝙘𝒂𝙡𝒎𝙞𝒏𝙜 & 𝙧𝒆𝙡𝒂𝙭𝒊𝙣𝒈. ♣️ 𝑾𝙖𝒍𝙡 𝙋𝒂𝙣𝒆𝙡𝒔: 𝙬𝒂𝙡𝒍 𝒔𝙝𝒊𝙥𝒍𝙖𝒑 𝒑𝙖𝒏𝙚𝒍𝙨 in #rumahlimut uses very affordable materials made of GRC. Renovating the front of this house with a tight budget, for the fence I chose to use grc woodplank, besides saving the budget compared to using full iron, this grc woodplank also looks aesthetic. Home Transformation in Year 3 🏡👫🐈‍⬛🐈 The transformation that was done was more on the decoration & interior. This compact 65m2 house is the result of our hard work together, when planning a wedding and I was still working. So we are very grateful for its size.. The most noticeable change is the interior styling, when we fill this house slowly without rushing to choose items. because tastes and preferences can change. adjusting the priority of needs, both functional & decorative.. From the Living room, I arranged the house according to the Bauhaus style and midcentury modern style. You can see short sofas, stainless steel leg tables and chairs, and furniture made of wood or wood colors. The Kitchen & Dining room area is dominated by wood colors, seen from the sliding door with wood grain motif made of aluminum. The point that I like about this house is the compact land but can still leave a back garden, so it doesn't feel cramped and stuffy. Hello! This is my facade which is still the developer's original. It's just been replaced with blue paint and a red door. For the paint, I used Jotun because it's more durable and the color is more pop for tropical climates like in Indonesia. The garden area next to the carport was initially only given rocks, because the concrete bench was made under it, finally we made a low-budget under-bench cover using PVC wallboard and the rails were made of cable duct, to store tools.
