tips from @stutyo on the use of pocket-friendly materials, there are several points
1. the walls which are the largest area, we only use white wall paint
then we strengthen it with frame decoration
2. for our ceilings, we also use plain white because our ceiling position is quite high..so it is not at eye-level where eye-catching materials are not needed
3. our floors use vinyl that is attached directly to our old ceramics..so there is no need to dismantle the existing floor
4. our furniture is dominated by loose furniture that is bought ready-made in several interior/furniture stores which of course we have planned carefully in the layout so that we have adjusted the size and activity needs

It's been 2 years since our house still hasn't had a proper fence, it's still using a mango garden fence. But we've replaced the gate because the old one was no longer suitable. We customized this minimalist black gate at a welding shop near the house with a budget of 1.2 million.
Entering the terrace area of the house, we added teak chairs and a table to just relax while drinking coffee. This terrace is about 3x4m in size, perfect as a gathering place while enjoying the view of the mango garden.
