How to make an open space living room from a standard cluster house…
Usually cluster houses are built with a very standard design, a small living room box, a small kitchen, rarely given a proper dining room. Finally, I dismantled the partition in the middle of the house to create 1 large room as a living room, dining room and kitchen area. I made the wall partition arch to make it look more aesthetic. Some items that I used to decorate the living room:
1. Minimalist L-shaped sofa with earth tones. To make the room look cleaner and more spacious. I customized it so that the sofa cover can be removed so that it is easy to wash in the washing machine.
2. Standing lamp. A mandatory lamp in the living room area. I put it in the corner of the room as well as a reading lamp.
3. Sofa blanket. Sometimes I also use it as a cover so that the sofa doesn't get dirty easily
4. Ceiling fan. The large fan in the middle of the room functions to reduce the use of AC and provide air circulation in the room.
