DREAM KITCHEN Talking about the kitchen, there's just something to discuss. In this kitchen, what we want to prioritize is apart from being functional and beautiful, its durability must also be high. Moreover, the kitchen is in direct contact with water. Based on that idea, we used a cast concrete table top to make it more durable, obviously it has been around for generations. We also chose the best other materials for this kitchen with the aim of making them durable. Like the stove, we chose the TEKA brand because only this brand has an upward heat dissipation system. So the cabinet underneath will not affect the performance of the stove. We also chose the sink to be made of granite to make it stronger and rust-proof. What's even better is that this sink is sold as a package with a pull-out faucet that can be set on hot and cold settings. To complete our dream kitchen design, here we use 3 types of lights, namely track lights, pendant and cabinet lights. This year we decided to remodel our kitchen, the previous HPL color was brighter and yellow, now we are changing the HPL to a brownish wood color so that it gives a warmer impression, without abandoning the Japanese concept. We also changed the table part to gray from the previous light wood color The backsplash was also changed from a square bevel to a pre-cut tile or what is usually called a KitKat motif. The island area deliberately uses a light-colored surface, with walnut cabinet details, creating an elegant yet homey impression. This kitchen is very minimalist, with a U-shape. For the table top, we chose to use a tough top which is easier to install and low budget but still high quality (heat resistant and scratch resistant). A few tips from us, if you have a room with a kitchen and dining area that are combined, try to keep the room separated by different floors. Don't forget to also make sure that the ventilation in the room is sufficient. Use a ceiling fan to help move the surrounding air when cooking. Especially if you don't have a cooker hood like us. Greetings from the in-line kitchen at my house. From the start of building this kitchen, my husband wanted to use a cast table because it would be more durable and sturdy. To make it more aesthetic, like using a table top. I used the middling technique when installing granite tiles as the table top. With a cast table length of 2.4 m, I think it is quite functional because I don't cook large quantities. To match the theme of the house, I chose an HPL wood motif combined with white.
