Hello from the kitchen in my house which is already like a bumpy alley π
The kitchen in the house, because it was built by the developer, is 3.7 m long and only 1.65 m wide (before adding the kitchen set). That's why it's so difficult to take the whole photo. π
Because kitchen space is limited and the house is small, we decided to have a custom kitchen set as well as storage. So that the house looks neater and more compact.
So we made a complete kitchen set with a length of 3.7 m and a width of 60 cm, each cabinet was adjusted to the storage needs in our house.
We got this custom kitchen set from our relatives who happen to be experts in this field.

This Clean Kitchen Space was designed from the start to meet our needs, but in the middle of the journey there was a change in material for the table top and back splash, because the initial material we wanted experienced a fantastic price increase, so we looked for other alternatives. Our choice fell on the material from Aica with a black motif and color that amazed us from the first time we saw it. Alhamdulillah we are very satisfied with our choice. The black color with a marble motif adds an elegant and dashing impression to our clean kitchen. Recently we made a Beautiful Spot in the corner by adding colorful flower vases and a mini Aquarium.

π€ Black and Wood Kitchen Decor π€
In our opinion, adding wooden elements amidst the all-black kitchen decoration makes our kitchen warmer & less monotonous.
For decoration, rather than adding displays that are not too essential, we prefer to choose kitchen equipment with colors and models that can also be a decorative accent in our kitchen.

A simple way to make your kitchen look cooler is to place one red item as the center point π₯°

To be honest, this teapot can't be used to cook water, because the inside is rusty from boiling the water until it burns π€. So it changes its function as a flower vase, for watering plants and even becomes a kitchen decoration.

When I decided on a black/bold theme at the beginning of 2020 and at that time the 'white and wood' theme was happening, so it was really hard to find black kitchen decor details π₯Ή
Because it is L-shaped and elongated, I only decorated it according to space and needs.
For example, in the kitchen sink area there must be a cloth, and a soap bottle and close to the dish rack.
Meanwhile, in the preparation area there is a cutting board, knives in the drawer, and in the cooking area there is an oil bottle and oil drainer close to the stove.

β Kitchen Renovation
The process towards a new dream kitchen can be realized in 2024.
Previously in 2016 (slide 4), when we first moved into the house, the developer's built-in alley kitchen still used shelves that were again made by ourselves, aka DIY.
The kitchen items and furnishings were still simple and many were brought from our parents' house. We did change the backsplash and granite to black, previously the developer's built-in orange color.
After almost 5 years of living in the house, we added a kitchen set to make it tidier and have lots of storage. We chose black because our previous house style was monochrome. (Slide 5)
Alhamdulillah, in this 9th year we replaced the kitchen backsplash, replaced the sink, and added vinyl to the kitchen floor to make it look brighter and cleaner.

Incidentally, we chose all black kitchen gadgets so that they match and are not "colorful"

If we're talking about a low budget makeover, it really suits my kitchen, because I attached a plain black granite backsplash with a marble motif wall sticker to make it more elegant, and installed a wood grain motif PVC wall sticker for the table top.
For decoration items, I don't have a special or large budget, I just buy things that suit the character of my house and look matching. Usually I buy at IKEA or e-commerce. the important thing is black or wooden π hopefully it will inspire β¨

The focal point in this kitchen is the kitchen cabinet which extends to the size of the kitchen and is completely matte black.
Incidentally, this kitchen has just had its backsplash changed to white and with dark gray grout, so there aren't too many decorations in the table top area.
Only kitchen utensils that are used every day such as silicone set, knives, kitchen towels, cooking oil, etc.
