The kitchen in our house is only 3x2 meters in size, with three division areas. The first section is for electronic goods, the second area is a cooking area complete with a sink and the third area is a serving area. To maximize space, the kitchen is made with lots of storage space, so it looks clean and tidy. As a decorative item, we added a shelf as a place for spices to beautify the appearance of the kitchen. We also added 2 hanging lamps above the minibar as focal points in this kitchen.

even though this corner spot is narrow, but put a shelf like this so it looks like there is a lot of storage space.
here I have a lot of wood touches, to give the impression of white and wood.

L's Kitchen
I bought the L model kitchen which follows the land at home directly at IKEA called KNOXHULT. The cost is cheaper than custom and the time is faster because you can transport it directly. To assemble it, you can use assembly services from IKEA, but if I assemble it myself, I will help a craftsman during the renovation. It's easy to install.
This kitchen set measures 1.4x3m and costs 11 million.

Open space kitchen
With a limited house area, we tried to maximize the kitchen area measuring 2x2 meters using an open space concept with a living room area ✨
We also tore down the dividing wall to make a mini bar, thus saving space for the dining table. Maybe this can be applied to low budget decor concepts ☺️
We also adjusted the kitchen theme to connect with the living room theme which has a chic and mid-century modern feel with warm light lighting. But the main element is still using Japandi-style wood accents to make the kitchen look warm 🍳

Mini Stairs….
This mini staircase is next to the kitchen and leads to the 2nd floor of this house. Why mini stairs? Because its length is only 60cm, it is mini compared to stairs in general.

This is the end result of a kitchen that I never thought would be like this. So all of this comes from a mistake when making the layout, understandably because I made it myself😂
My heart's intention is to have a garden next to the kitchen, a wet garden without a canopy. but it turns out that in reality, the rainwater poured in and wet most of the kitchen area. even entering the TV room area.
Finally, this garden was converted into a dining table area, by adding a canopy and transparent fiber so that it was safe from rain but light could still enter.
This is not my dream kitchen, but I still have to be grateful because many people were inspired by my post about this kitchen. ❤️

The kitchen is located in the middle of the room in this house. So it requires the kitchen to always look neat. That's why we have lots of storage space in the kitchen. So everything is stored inside and invisible. Choosing this design actually reduces our kitchen costs even more. Because we don't need to add other accessories as a complement. And we don't need to be confused about the arrangement of kitchen equipment. It's just that to facilitate mobility when cooking, the spices are still placed on the open shelf. We chose a spice holder that matched the color of the kitchen set. Making this custom kitchen set costs around IDR 25,000,000 with a kitchen set length of 3 meters, which is low budget in our opinion.

Kitchen Styling…
Some of my methods... by changing the kitchen walls, a low budget method is by installing heat-resistant wallfoam stickers, this really changes the look of my kitchen...
And to make the furniture tidier, I put it on the kitchen shelf, which proves to be more organized
