Looking for a house is like looking for a soulmate. And if it's already a soulmate, believe that the process will be smooth. A soulmate won't run away 🤭 We have a very limited budget, but we have a dream of a house near our parents in Jakarta (within walking distance of less than 10 minutes), which has good access to the city center and supporting facilities. For years, our hobby was opening property websites and walking every weekend to see houses around 🤭 Until finally we met this house which is less than 5 minutes from our parents' house. The price is also right! The first time we found out this house was for sale from a property website, from an agent who was not actually an agent for the previous owner. Hehe how is that possible.. yes you can answer. And you can imagine how strange our first meeting with the previous owner was. The previous owner thought the agent was our agent, and so did we hehehe..The rest of the story is history. Yes, that's what fate is 😄 So for those who haven't found their perfect home, pray, be patient and try consistently! Home is where the ❤️ is.. Comfortable for us is when all functions can be accommodated, and the main function of our home kitchen is the heart of our home. So from the beginning we designed this house, the position of the kitchen had to be right. With an open plan concept, this kitchen is located in the middle of the house, from this kitchen we can see almost all areas of the house (yes, the house is also tiny 🤭)...and can continue to communicate with each other.
