𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢 (slides 1-5) * 𝑵𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒍𝒊𝒑 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒍 l: Almost all areas in #rumahlimut use textured SPC flooring so that it is rough, non-slip and safe, especially for the elderly. * 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉: For the bedroom & living room area, we use parquet to make it comfortable, warm & not slippery when stepped on. Wood material also functions to dampen sound so that the room atmosphere can be quieter. * 𝑲𝒂𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒕 𝑩𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒖𝒍𝒖 𝑷𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒌: Soft yet thin carpet, in high traffic areas & seating areas to reduce tripping hazards, dampen the sound of footsteps and add comfort when stepped on without shoes. 2. 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 (slide 6) * 𝑲𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒐𝒇𝒂 𝑨𝒏𝒕𝒊 𝑵𝒐𝒅𝒂: There is a synthetic leather 𝒅𝙖𝒚-𝒃𝙚𝒅 in #rumahlimut so that dust is easy to clean. 3. 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐫: (slide 7) * 𝑷𝒐𝒕 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒓: A water tap installed in the stove area adds comfort to cooking activities, including: reducing the possibility of accidents due to water spills when carrying water from the sink, ideal for the elderly who are physically limited in lifting heavy objects such as pots of water. 4. 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐚𝐧: (slide 8) * 𝑳𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒎: A night light with a dark sensor in the bedroom & living room area that will turn on when the room is dark, so that when we enter the room we don't bump into something. 5.
