Our simple decoration ahead of Eid al-Fitr is simply changing the room carpet. Because just by changing the carpet, the ambience / atmosphere of the room feels different from before ✨
And of course we also add a little cake/snacks on the table to welcome guests who come to visit.

Ramadan Decoration.
This year, thank God, we were given the opportunity to go home. Therefore, for this Eid we didn't do much to decorate the house. It's just that during Ramadhan yesterday we changed our dining room set to a Ramadhan theme by adding a touch of gold and warm colors.

Decorate the corner of the room ready to welcome Eid
For me, decorating my house doesn't require a lot of detail, aside from the hassle of cleaning, I'm also afraid of being consumptive while I still have a lot of priorities (mothers are calculating)
One of the room decorations that in my opinion is always suitable for any type of house is a tree, be it an industrial house, a Japanese house, a Korean house, I think if there is a tree it makes the appearance cooler, cooler and fresher.
But you also need to remember to choose a tree that is easy to care for and is stubborn or you can use a fake tree. Apart from that, you can add matching rugs/carpets, paint the house if it starts to get dull or has aesthetic problems, the room is ready to welcome Eid.

‼️ Special Decorations for Special Moments
Eid al-Fitr (Lebaran) is one of the special moments full of blessings.
Incidentally, this year we are absent from going home, so to welcome the special day we took the time to decorate one of our favorite open space areas at home #casadeharsa.
Simple special lebaran decorations make the atmosphere of the house feel more serene and warm. So guests who come will feel more comfortable and want to spend a long time gathering together at home.
Here are some decoration items that we added to welcome this year's lebaran:
✅ Wooden wall decorations with the words "Eid Mubarak"
✅ Table decorations and religious hangings typical of lebaran/ramadan such as lanterns, mosques, crescent moons, etc.
✅ Beautiful jars for snacks and treats.

One of the moments that I always look forward to on Idul Fitri is arranging cakes to be served on the table, starting from drinks, pastries etc... really excited 🥰🥰🥰
Add some decorations such as table runners, cute jars and don't forget to add artificial flowers to make the atmosphere more comfortable hehehhe

This year's Ramadhan is very different, there are many trials of blessings.. tested by illness as a family.. Thank God, I'm slowly recovering.. for decoration, there's nothing special, I just replaced the macrame wall decor with a city map frame. I just bought this frame because the previous one fell and broke...
Just this year I didn't make Eid cakes, because I rarely have guests and I'm the only one who likes dry cakes 😅 in the end the cakes always end up being a display piece and after 2 months I give them away... it's a shame they go to waste
Even though there is minimal decoration, the important thing is that it is comfortable and homey, ready to welcome Eid 🤎🌼
