Color Palette
The initial design of the house was intended to be industrial but not too raw, even though the raw elements were still there, it was still kept simple
With a palette of gray, touches of wood, terracotta and black and livening up the atmosphere of the house with tropical green plants, it still gives a warm impression

The style of our house is a mix of Japandi & Industrialist. Because many of the wooden motifs in the interior are made while the physical building is made from paint, aluminum, industrialist themed floor motifs with colors such as gray and black.

FACADE
The facade was made to follow the leveling contour of the land, because of the need for closed and open space, it was decided to make the facade 1/2 of the land area
The facade is closed like an introvert, but there are many openings and gardens inside the building to keep the light and air flowing freely
